Claims (8)
- 양극판과 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 음극판을 절연시키는 세퍼레이터가 순차적으로 권취되는 전극조립체와;상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔과;상기 캔의 상단개구부를 밀봉하는 캡플레이트를 구비하는 캡조립체;를 포함하고,상기 캡조립체의 캡플레이트와 상기 캔의 상단부를 요철구조에 의해 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캔은 상부 캔과 하부 캔으로 분리형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부 캔은 합성수지 재질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지는 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 페트(PET), 폴리아미드(polyamide), 폴리카보네이트, 폴리이미드 또는 폴리 우레탄 중에서 선택적으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하부 캔은 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 재질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부 캔과 하부 캔이 요철구조에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 상부 캔과 요철구조로 결합되는 캡플레이트 및 하부 캔의 결합부위에 접착제가 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부 캔의 길이는 상기 하부 캔의 길이의 1/4보다 짧게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
