Claims (14)
- 전도 라인에 의해 병렬로 연결된 개별적 유입구 및 유출구를 갖는 하나 이상의 탈염 모듈을 포함하며, 각각의 탈염 모듈은 하나 이상의 막 엘리먼트를 포함하는 하나 이상의 폐회로 시스템,상기 폐회로 내에서 역삼투압탈염이 가능하도록 역압을 생성시키며 방출된 투과물을 새로운 공급물로 대체시키는 하나 이상의 가압 디바이스,상기 폐회로 내에서 하나 이상의 탈염 모듈을 통해 탈염된 용액을 재순환시키기 위한 하나 이상의 순환 시스템,상기 폐회로 내에서 하나 이상의 탈염 모듈로부터 투과물 수집을 위한 하나 이상의 전도 라인 시스템,상기 폐회로로부터 염수 유출액을 제거하기 위한 하나 이상의 전도 라인 시스템,탈염 공정을 멈춤이 없이 폐회로로부터 염수를 주기적으로 방출시킬 수 있는 하나 이상의 밸브 시스템, 및가변 압력 또는 정압 조건하에서 일관 순차 단계로 목적하는 회수율로 연속 폐회로 탈염을 진행시킬 수 있는 모니터링 및 제어 시스템을 포함하는,역삼투압에 의해 염수액을 연속 폐회로 일관 순차 탈염시키는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일관 순차 폐회로 탈염 동안 가변압을 조정하게 공급 함으로써 상기 폐회로 탈염 공정 동안 가해진 압력과 삼투압 사이의 차이를 거의 일정하게 유지시는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈염 공정 동안 가해진 압력과 최대 삼투압 사이의 차이를 최소 규정 수준을 넘게 유지시키면서 일관 순차 폐회로 탈염 동안 일정한 압력을 가하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈염의 진행을 모니터링하는 수단이 상기 폐회로 내로의 새로운 염수 공급물의 플로우 및/또는 상기 폐회로로부터의 탈염된 용액의 플로우를 모니터링하는데 사용되는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈염의 진행을 모니터링하는 상기 시스템이 농도 모니터링 디바이스인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈이 하우징이 없이 하나 이상의 반투과성 막 엘리먼트를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈이 병렬 배터리로 그룹화되고 각각의 상기 병렬 배터리가 복수의 모듈을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 디바이스가 병렬 또는 직렬로 활성화되는 하나 이상의 가압 펌프를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 순환 시스템이 병렬 또는 직렬로 활성화되는 하나 이상의 순환 펌프를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염수액이 휴대용 물 공급원, 염수 공급원, 오염된 물 공급원, 염수 및 오염된 물 공급원, 맑은 가정 유출액 공급원, 맑은 산업 유출액 공급원, 중앙 공기 조절 유니트의 냉각탑으로부터의 맑은 유출액, 붕소 함량이 높은 SWRO 투과물 또는 총 염도가 8000 ppm인 반함수 물 공급원 중의 어느 하나를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 유니트 하나 이상이 동일한 공급물 가압 디바이스 및 투과물 수집용 전도 라인을 공유하여 결합됨으로써 대규모 탈염 용량의 집적 모듈 플랜트를 가능하게 하는 폐회로 탈염용 장치.
- 하나 이상의 탈염 모듈을 사용하며, 탈염 모듈은 각각 폐회로에 병렬로 연결된 하나 이상의 막 엘리먼트, 가압 디바이스, 순환 시스템, 밸브 시스템, 새로운 공급물 공급, 투과물 수집 및 염수 방출용 전도 라인 및 탈염 공정의 진행을 모니터링하고 제어하기 위한 시스템을 포함하며, 순환 시스템에 의해 폐회로 내에서 가 압된 새로운 염수액 공급물과 혼합된 가압된 농축물을 재순환시키는 첫 단계와 탈염을 멈춤이 없이 목적하는 회수율 수준에서 폐회로로부터 가압된 염수 유출액을 방출시키는 두번째 단계를 포함하는 2단계 일관 순차 과정에 의해 연속 탈염을 수행할 수 있게 하고, 탈염 회수율 증가가 상기 재순환된 염수액의 농도 및 전도율 증가와 동반됨으로써 상기 재순환된 염수액의 농도 및/또는 전도율의 변화를 모니터링함으로써 이러한 공정을 효율적으로 제어 가능하게 하는, 역삼투압에 의해 염수액을 연속 일관 순차적으로 폐회로 탈염시키는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 염수액이 휴대용 물 공급원,염수 공급원, 오염된 물 공급원, 염수 및 오염된 물 공급원,맑은 가정 유출액 공급원, 맑은 산업 유출액 공급원, 중앙 공기 조절 유니트의 냉각탑으로부터의 맑은 유출액, 붕소 함량이 높은 SWRO 투과물 또는 총 염도가 8000 ppm인 반함수 물 공급원 중의 어느 하나를 포함하는 방법.
