Claims (4)
- 전지캔의 개구 상면을 막는 좌우 가로로 긴의 덮개와, 상기 덮개에 배치하여 전지 내압이 이상 상승하였을 때에 개열하는 두께가 얇은 밸브체를 가지는 개열 벤트(vent)를 포함하는 밀폐 각형 전지에 있어서,상기 개열 벤트는, 상기 덮개의 바깥 면측으로서 상기 덮개의 좌우방향 중 어느 한쪽의 끝 근처의 타원형상의 코이닝부 내에 형성된 타원형상의 둘레 홈과 이것에 둘러 싸인 두께가 얇은 밸브체를 가지고, 상기 타원형상의 둘레 홈이 덮개의 길이방향으로 평행한 긴 변형상의 박막부와, 이들 긴 변부를 연결하는 원호형상의 두께가 얇은 부로 구성되고, 한쪽의 긴 변형상부의 두께가 얇은 부, 다른쪽의 긴 변형상부의 두께가 얇은 부, 개열 벤트의 두께가 얇은 밸브체의 순서대로 두께가 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 각형 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 둘레 홈의 다른쪽의 긴 변부의 두께가 얇은 부의 두께가 상기 둘레 홈의 한쪽의 긴 변부의 두께가 얇은 부의 두께의 1.5∼3.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 각형 전지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 개열 벤트의 두께가 얇은 밸브체의 두께가 상기 둘레 홈의 한쪽의 긴 변부의 두께가 얇은 부의 두께의 2.0∼5.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 각형 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 타원형상의 개열 벤트의 단축의 폭이, 상기 전지캔의 개구 상면을 막는 좌우 가로로 긴의 덮개의 짧은 쪽의 폭의 60∼75%인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 각형 전지.
