Claims (9)
- 상호 구획된 제1 및 제2압축실을 갖춘 하우징과, 상기 제1 및 제2압축실 내에 각각 설치된 제1 및 제2롤러와, 상기 제1롤러의 반경방향으로 진퇴하면서 상기 제1압축실을 구획하는 제1베인과, 상기 제2롤러의 반경방향으로 진퇴하면서 상기 제2압축실을 구획하며 상호 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지된 제2베인 및 제3베인과, 압축용량 제어를 위해 상기 제3베인을 구속하거나 구속 해제하는 베인제어장치를 포함하며, 상기 제2베인은 상기 제3베인의 선단을 덮도록 연장된 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2베인의 선단은 상기 제2롤러의 외면에 접촉하며 상기 제2롤러의 높이에 대응하는 폭을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제3베인의 선단은 상기 연장부의 후단에 밀착되며 상기 연장부의 후단과 대응하는 폭을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베인제어장치는 상기 제3베인 쪽의 상기 하우징에 설치된 실린더와, 상 기 실린더 내에 진퇴 가능하게 설치되며 상기 제3베인과 연결된 피스톤과, 상기 실린더 내부와 연통된 제1유로와, 상기 압축기의 토출측과 상기 제1유로를 연결하는 제2유로와, 상기 압축기의 흡입측과 상기 제1유로를 연결하는 제3유로와, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3유로가 상호 연결되는 지점에 설치된 유로가변밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제3베인의 폭이 상기 제2베인의 폭보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 압축실을 갖춘 하우징과, 상기 압축실 내에 설치된 롤러와, 상기 롤러의 반경방향으로 진퇴하면서 상기 압축실을 구획하며 상호 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지된 제1베인 및 제2베인과, 압축용량 제어를 위해 상기 제2베인을 구속하거나 구속 해제하는 베인제어장치를 포함하며, 상기 제1베인은 상기 제2베인의 선단을 덮도록 연장된 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1베인의 선단은 상기 롤러의 외면에 접촉하며 상기 롤러의 높이에 대응하는 폭을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2베인의 선단은 상기 연장부의 후단에 밀착되며 상기 연장부의 후단과 대응하는 폭을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 베인제어장치는 상기 제2베인 쪽의 상기 하우징에 설치된 실린더와, 상기 실린더 내에 진퇴 가능하게 설치되며 상기 제2베인과 연결된 피스톤과, 상기 실린더 내부와 연통된 제1유로와, 상기 압축기의 토출측과 상기 제1유로를 연결하는 제2유로와, 상기 압축기의 흡입측과 상기 제1유로를 연결하는 제3유로와, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3유로가 상호 연결되는 지점에 설치된 유로가변밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변 회전압축기.
