A rear wheel suspension of a vehicle having a reinforced type trailing arm is provided to improve durability by increasing sectional coefficient of the trailing arm and the resistance against torsion and bending, to maintain the whole shape and characteristics of the trailing arm, and to prevent design change or working procedure complexity by increasing the sectional coefficient and strength. A rear wheel suspension of a vehicle comprises a cross member(4) installed across along the width of the vehicle; a pair of upper and lower arms(2,3) connected with both ends of the rear cross member to support lateral strength; a shock absorber(1) absorbing/buffering impact on the road; and a trailing arm(6) combined with a carrier(5) on one end and combined with a vehicle body by intermediation of a bush on the other end to support and buffer load and vibration given to front and rear sides.
