Claims (19)
- 분리 챔버, 상기 분리 챔버와 연통하는 입구, 및 상기 분리 챔버와 연통하며 길이방향 축을 가진 도관에 의해 형성된 출구를 구비하는 원심 분리 장치에 있어서,단일의 평평한 배플이 상기 도관의 내면으로부터 상기 길이방향 축을 향해 반경방향으로 안쪽으로 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배플이 상기 길이방향 축을 향해 직경의 적어도 1/4만큼 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배플이 상기 도관의 직경의 실질적으로 1/3만큼 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배플이 상기 도관의 길이의 적어도 1/2에 걸쳐서 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 배플이 상기 도관의 길이의 적어도 3/4에 걸쳐서 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 배플의 길이가 상기 도관의 길이와 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배플의 상류 단부가 상기 도관의 상류 단부에 인접하여 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배플의 상기 상류 단부가 상기 도관을 통한 흐름의 방향으로 깊이가 증가하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 배플의 상기 상류 단부가 상기 도관을 통한 흐름의 방향으로 바깥 방향으로 테이퍼져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배플의 하류 단부가 상기 도관을 통한 흐름의 방향으로 깊이가 감소하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 배플의 상기 하류 단부가 원호형인 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,길이방향으로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 홈이 상기 도관의 내면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 홈 중 하나 또는 각각이 상기 배플에 대해 평행하게 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 홈 중 하나 또는 각각이 상기 도관의 실질적으로 전체 길이를 따라 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 4개의 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,적어도 6개의 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도관의 상류 단부의 외면이 라운드된(rounded) 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 첨부된 도면 중 도 1, 도 3 내지 도 8 중 어느 하나에 도시되어 있는 실시예 중 어느 하나를 참조하여 실질적으로 기술된 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 원심 분리 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기.
