Claims (7)
- L-라이신으로부터 6-N-트리메틸라이신 (trimethyllysine)의 생성을 촉매하는 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 폴리펩티드 인것을 특징으로 하는 S-아데노실메티오닌-6-N-라이신-메틸트란스퍼라제 활성을 갖는 단백질.
- 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제2항 또는 제3항의 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 벡터.
- 제2항의 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 숙주 세포.
- 제5항에 있어서, 대장균 BL21(DE3) CJ2004-1(수탁번호 KCCM-10637)인 숙주 세포.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 따른 숙주 세포를 라이신 존재하에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 트리메틸라이신의 제조방법.
