도 1 은 본 발명의 개념을 보여주기 위한 개념도,1 is a conceptual diagram illustrating the concept of the present invention;

The present invention relates to a method for disinfecting pests by soil irrigation in a hot medium using a boiler and irrigation in a waste medium, and more specifically, by spraying and supplying hot water to a predetermined depth of the soil using a conventional sterilizing boiler for high temperature water. By sterilizing the pests present in the hydroponic medium and the lunglites generated in hydroponic media, it is possible to increase the efficiency of control and to reduce the cost of the control while recycling the hydroponic media, the rock wool and pearlite, and to prevent environmental pollution and improve productivity. The present invention relates to a method for disinfecting pests by irrigation in soil and waste medium of hot water used.

In general, there are various pathogens harmful to crops in the soil of pavement for growing crops such as plastic houses, and weed seeds exist, so that the soil is disinfected by spraying chemical disinfectant before planting crops.

As such, during repeated disinfection for many years, soil has been seriously polluted by chemicals, and residual disinfectants have been harmful to crops and eventually to humans.

In addition, the disinfectant infiltrated into the soil spread to nearby fields, and chemical pollution of the land was severe along with the disinfectant in the crop.

Therefore, chemical sterilization of the soil is regulated by law, and in the narrow range pavement, the soil is sterilized by heating it in a container, but there is a problem that it is difficult to apply to a large pavement soil because it is cumbersome and inconvenient.

Thus, as in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 90-66, the flame reflection shade is fixedly installed at the tip of the spraying rod formed with the handle and the oil opening / closing valve at one side, and the oil preheating pipe is extended by bending it inwardly. A technique has been disclosed in which oil is preheated and sprayed by a flame which is formed and sprayed, and the soil is directly sterilized by a flame generated at a discharge port.

However, the prior art as described above has a method of disinfecting and burning the flame by spraying the flame on the surface of the soil while the worker carries and moves it directly. Disinfecting only the surface of the soil did not help the eradication of pathogens in the soil, as well as the problem that the lung rock wool and pearlite were incinerated and could not be used, and the risk of fire was always inherent.

In order to solve the problems of the conventional flame-type soil sterilizer as described above, the Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0239688 has recently been filed, which is prescribed in the soil of the pavement to cultivate the steam generated by using a steam boiler The soil is disinfected by spraying at pressure and temperature.

In the above it solves the problem of the conventional salt soil sterilizer to some extent, but since it relies on steam, it can only concentrate on the surface of the soil and disinfect it, and its disinfection effect is only minimal.

In addition, since the description of the detailed description takes the form of peeling off the plastic cover and planting seeds or seedlings of the crop immediately after disinfection of the soil, the nutrients must be re-applied in the medium or soil lost during the disinfection process. Therefore, there are inherent lung defects that damage the healthy growth of crops accordingly.

Therefore, the present invention has been researched and created in order to fundamentally solve all the waste problems of the above-described prior arts, and the object of providing the same is by spraying and supplying hot water evenly to a predetermined depth of the soil by using an existing sterilizing boiler for high temperature water. Sterilizes pests in lung rock wool and perlite produced from tilled soil and hydroponic media, increases control efficiency accordingly, and enables recycling of hydroponic media lung rock wool and pearlite while reducing control costs, thus preventing environmental pollution and productivity It is to be able to improve.

Another object of the present invention is to increase the practicality by spraying the hot water to the deep portion of the soil, to significantly reduce the replacement cost by reuse of infection medium such as rock wool, pearlite.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pest sterilization method by irrigation in soil and waste medium using the hot water as follows.

즉, 본 발명의 방법은, 일정면적의 살균매체를 로터리작업 후, 표면을 평탄화 하는 단계와;That is, the method of the present invention, after the rotary operation of the sterilizing medium of a certain area, the step of flattening the surface;

상기 살균매체의 표면에 일정 길이를 갖는 다수개의 내열성 분사호스를 일정간격 유지시켜 배치하고 관주용 분배헤더와 같은 분배수단에 각각 연결하는 단계와;Arranging a plurality of heat-resistant spray hoses having a predetermined length on the surface of the sterilization medium and maintaining them at predetermined intervals and connecting them to distribution means such as an irrigation distribution header;

상기 분배수단을 고온수 공급용 보일러와 관 연결하는 단계와;Connecting the distribution means to a hot water supply boiler;

상기 내열성 분사호스가 설치된 살균매체의 전체면적 상부에 비닐을 덮어 주는 단계와;Covering the vinyl over the entire area of the sterilization medium on which the heat resistant spray hose is installed;

보일러에 의해 가열되어 일정 온도를 유지하는 고온수를 살균매체에 일정 시간동안 지속적으로 분사공급하면서 비닐에 의해 잔열을 장시간동안 유지시켜 살균매체의 작토층(-30cm) 내부 온도가 65℃이상 유지되게 하는 단계와;The hot water, which is heated by the boiler, is continuously sprayed and supplied to the sterilization medium for a certain time while maintaining the residual heat for a long time by maintaining the temperature inside the soil layer (-30cm) of the sterilization medium to be above 65 ℃. Making a step;

After a certain time, the process of dismantling the vinyl and the spray hose and distribution header provides a method for sterilizing pests by irrigation in the soil and waste medium of the hot water using the boiler sequentially.

In this case, when the sterilization medium is soft soil, the temperature of the hot water heated by the boiler is maintained at 95 to 98 ° C., and the hot water is sprayed at a pressure of 5 to 6 tons per hour to the soil 10a. Continuous spraying for ˜5 hours.

In addition, when the sterilization medium is hydroponic lung rock wool and pearlite, the temperature of the hot water is maintained at 80 to 85 ° C., and the pressure is sprayed at 2 to 3 tons per hour to the soil 10a for 30 to 40 minutes. Spraying.

The reason why the temperature of the hot water supplied to the above-mentioned working soil should be maintained at a high temperature of 95 to 98 ° C. and continuously sprayed for 4 to 5 hours is because the hot water may be cooled when it is injected into the soil, and the density is relatively low. Low lung rock and pearlite have high conductivity of hot water, which shortens the treatment temperature and time, thus preventing fuel waste.

In addition, the temperature of the soil layer should be maintained at 65 ° C. or higher because the sterilization effect of various pathogens is lowered at 60 ° C. or lower.

When the sterilization treatment of soil, lung rock wool and perlite by the above method is completed, the pathogens remaining in the soil, lung rock wool and perlite are sterilized and microorganisms and nutrients that help crop growth are lost. You must go through the steps of re-feeding food.

As described above, the sterilization method of the present invention enables the reuse of the infectious medium to significantly reduce the cost associated with the replacement of the medium, and significantly reduces the processing cost to one third as compared to using the conventional chemical soil disinfectant. In addition, it prevents environmental pollution and kills nematodes and weeds while maintaining the natural ecosystem.

Such a method of the present invention enables the combination of a 360 cm aluminum distribution header with a 40 cm Kcal / h high temperature sterilization boiler, a plurality of spray hoses having a diameter of 40 mm and a length of about 100 m, and about 32 cm. By arranging at intervals, the target amount of hot water for each treatment medium is irrigated.

According to the present invention, by spraying and supplying hot water evenly to a predetermined depth of the soil by using a conventional sterilizing boiler for high temperature water, it is possible to sterilize pests and pathogens existing in lung rock wool and perlite generated from soft soil and hydroponic media. Therefore, it is possible to recycle hydroponic media waste rock wool and perlite while improving the control efficiency by increasing the control efficiency, thereby preventing environmental pollution and improving productivity, and spraying hot water to the deep part of the soil to increase the practicality, It is obvious that this invention is a very advantageous invention that can simultaneously achieve various useful effects such as the use of rock wool, perlite, etc., which can greatly reduce the replacement cost.
