Claims (4)
- 블로워모터 속도조절장치에 있어서,인쇄회로기판(114)상에 고정된 FET(111)를 통해 블로워모터의 구동률을 제어하는 회로부(110);상기 회로부(110)에서 발생되는 열을 흡수하여 외부로 방열시키는 방열핀(121)을 상부에 형성한 히트싱크(120);상기 히트싱크(120)의 하부에 고정되는 베이스(130); 및,상기 베이스(130)와 히트싱크(120)가 수밀하게 조립되도록 베이스(130)와 히트싱크(140)의 조립면에 배치되는 고무실링(140)을 포함하는 블로워모터 속도조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크(120)는 하부에 양측이 개구된 수용홈(122)을 형성하고, 상기 베이스(130)는 상면 양측으로 상기 히트싱크(120)의 수용홈(122) 양측을 막는 돌출편(132)을 돌출형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로워모터 속도조절장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 베이스(130)는 히트싱크(120)와의 조립면에 고무실링(140)이 삽입되는 삽입홈(134)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로워모터 속도조절장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 고무실링(140)은 베이스(130)와 히트싱크(120)의 조립면에서 상측일부가 노출되도록 베이스(130)상에 이중사출되어 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로워모터 속도조절장치.
