Abstract

Provided is a system for producing carbonized rice husks by using first and secondary chambers so as to diminish energy consumption by reusing heat generated when the rice husks are carbonized. The system includes a spiral transfer unit(10) for transferring rice husks input from an input port(11) into plural carbonizing chambers(20) which carbonize the rice husks, a carbonized rice husk collection unit(30) for collecting the carbonized rice husks, a nitrogen processing unit(31) for throwing the carbonized rice husks into nitrogen solution, a pyroligneous liquid collection unit(40) for collecting pyroligneous liquid by condensing moisture generated from the carbonized rice husks and unburned gas, a secondary burning chamber(50) for completely burning the unburned gas, and a cyclone dust collector(60) for purifying fine dust contained into combustion gas of a low temperature.
