Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 다수개의 단위 전지;상기 단위 전지가 탈부착되고 내부에 상기 단위 전지를 전기적으로 연결시키는 회로가 형성된 캡구조물을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡구조물은 단위 전지를 체결고정시키기 위한 전지착탈부와, 전지착탈부에 체결된 단위 전지를 전기적으로 연결시키기 위한 회로연결부를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전지착탈부는 상기 단위 전지의 단자가 끼워져 고정될 수 있도록 단자홈이 간격을 두고 형성된 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회로연결부는 상기 전지착탈부의 일면에 배열되고 양단이 이웃하는 단자홈 내측으로 연장되어 단자를 전기적으로 연결되는 연결선을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회로연결부는 상기 전지착탈부에 설치되어 상기 연결선을 덮는 보호부재를 더욱 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 보호부재는 수지몰드층으로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡구조물은 일렬 또는 2열 이상으로 배열된 단위 전지를 체결시킬 수 있는 구조인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전지는 각형인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡구조물은 상기 단위 전지의 일측단으로 돌출되는 단자를 체결 고정시키는 구조인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡구조물은 각 단위 전지를 직렬로 연결시키는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡구조물은 각 단위 전지를 병렬로 연결시키는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 단자홈은 상기 단위 전지의 단자와 억지 끼움식으로 결합되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡구조물은 단자를 포함하는 케이스 일부가 끼워지는 체결홈이 간격을 두고 형성된 전지착탈부와, 상기 전지착탈부의 일면에 부착설치되고 상기 체결홈으로 연장되어 상기 체결홈에 끼워지는 단자와 케이스에 접하는 연결선을 포함하는 회로연결부를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 체결홈은 내측에 상기 단위 전지에서 돌출형성된 단자와 대응되는 위치에 단자가 끼워질 수 있도록 단자홈이 형성된 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전지는 원통형인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 회로연결부는 상기 전지착탈부에 설치되어 상기 연결선을 덮는 보호부재를 더욱 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 보호부재는 수지몰드층으로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 모듈은 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
