Claims (12)
- 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체가 수납되는 캔, 상기 캔의 개구부를 마감하는 캡 어셈블리를 구비한 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리가 전극 조립체와 전해질이 수납된 캔의 상측 개구에 개스킷을 개재하여 결합되며, 적어도 두 개의 적층부재를 포함하고, 상기 적층부재 가운데 상하에 위치하는 어느 두 적층부재의 접촉부를 용접수단에 의해 용접한 용접부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용접부가 직경 0.6mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리가 상기 용접부를 적어도 1개소 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용접부가 캡 어셈블리 내에 적층되는 적층부재들 사이에 각각 또는 모두에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 적층부재가 캡업, 전류제어기, 전류차단기 또는 벤트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 캡업의 상부에 용접봉의 흔들림 방지용 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 전극 조립체를 캔의 내부에 수납하는 단계; 전해질을 주입하는 단계; 및 개스킷을 설치하는 단계; 캡 어셈블리를 조립하는 단계; 및 상기 조립된 캡 어셈블리를 고정시켜 캔을 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 이차전지 제조방법에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리 조립단계가 개스킷 내에 적층된 적층부재 사이를 용접수단에 의해 용접하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리 조립단계가 개스킷을 캔의 개구부에 설치하기 전 또는 후인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리 조립단계가 용접공정시 용접봉의 흔들림 방지용 홈을 캡업상부 표면에 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 용접수단이 레이저 용접 또는 저항 용접인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리 조립단계가 적층부재의 표면처리 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 표면처리 단계가 적층부재의 접촉부를 엠보싱, 펀칭 또는 스크래칭 처리를 하여 돌출부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 이차전지 제조방법.
