Claims (5)
- 레일부재(11)에 장착되고서 이 레일부재(11)를 따라 자동주행하도록 된 캐리지(10)와, 용접시 필요한 전원을 공급하는 파워소스(20), 용접시 필요한 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각용 워터쿨러(30), 이산화탄소와 같은 실딩가스의 공급장치(40), 용접시 필요한 용접와이어를 용접부에 공급하는 와이어피더(50) 및, 이들 부품(10,20,30,40,50)을 제어하는 제어부 등을 구비하는 일렉트로가스용접장치에 있어서,상기 제어부는 각각 개별적인 마이크로프로세서가 내장되어 있는 메인부(1)와 서브부(2)로 분리되어 있고, 이들 메인부(1)와 서브부(2)가 디지털통신으로 연동하여 정보를 서로 공유하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스용접장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크상태를 시각적으로 또는 청각적으로 표시하는 수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스용접장치.
- 각각 개별적인 마이크로프로세서가 내장되어 있는 메인부(1)와 서브부(2)를 구비하고서, 이들 메인부(1)와 서브부(2)가 디지털통신으로 연동하여 정보를 서로 공유하도록 된 일렉트로가스용접장치에서,상기 메인부(1)에 용접조건의 설정값과 시작명령을 입력하는 단계와; 상기 메인부(1)에서 설정된 용접조건과 시작명령 등의 정보를 상기 디지털통신으로 상기 서브부(2)에 보내는 단계; 상기 서브부(2)가 파워소스(20)에 그 정보를 전달하는 단계; 상기 설정된 용접조건에 따라 파워소스(20)가 전원을 공급하는 단계; 상기 서브부(2)에서 파워소스(20)의 전원단자에 있는 센서에 의해 용접전류를 검출하고 전압을 측정하는 단계; 이 측정된 정보가 디지털통신으로 상기 서브부(2)에서 상기 메인부(1)로 전달되는 단계 및; 이 정보가 메인부(1)에서 디스플레이되고, 주행제어, 아크상태 판단기능 등에 이용되는 단계;를 포함하는 일렉트로가스용접장치의 제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아크상태 판단기능은 초기에 설정된 전류값에 대하여 측정된 전류값이 그 허용범위를 벗어나는가의 여부로 판단하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스용접장치의 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아크상태의 판단에 관련된 정보가 작업자에게 알려줄 수 있게 시각적으로 또는 청각적으로 표시되는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스용접장치의 제어방법.
