Claims (6)
- 보일러의 연소실과; 이 연소실에 연통되는 송풍기 및 전기식 비례제어 가스밸브와; 상기 연소실, 송풍기 및 전기식 비례제어 가스밸브 등에 연통되며 상기 연소실, 송풍기 및 전기식 비례제어 가스밸브에서 유입되는 가스 및 공기의 압력변위에 따라 승하강하는 동작부와, 상기 동작부의 움직이는 거리를 감지하는 거리감지센서를 포함한 공연비감지센서와; 상기 거리감지센서의 테이터를 인식하여 가스 및 공기 량을 조절하는 제어부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공연비감지센서는 일측에 가스가 유입되는 가스압연결구가 형성된 제1하우징과, 상기 제1하우징의 상부에 장착되며, 연소실의 압력을 유입하는 연소실압연결구가 형성된 제2하우징과, 상기 제2하우징의 상부에 장착되며, 송풍기 내부의 압력을 유입하는 송풍기압연결구가 형성되고 상부에 삽입공이 형성된 제3하우징과, 상기 제1,2,3 하우징 사이에 설치되며, 유입되는 가스압 및 송풍기과 연소실 각각의 압력변위에 따라 일정한 거리로 승하강하는 동작부와, 상기 동작부의 움직이는 거리를 감지하는 거리감지센서로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 동작부는 제1,2하우징 사이에 제1다이어프램이 설치되고, 상기 제2,3사이에 제2다이어프램이 설치되고 상기 제1,2다이어프램 사이에 서로 당접된 상,하연결구가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1하우징과 제1다이어프램 사이 및 상기 제3하우징과 제2다이어프램 사이에 일정한 복원력을 갖는 스프링이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2하우징에는 내주면에 일정하게 경사진 경사부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 거리감지센서는 제1하우징과 제3하우징 중에 선택적으로 설치가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
