본 구성을 만족하기 위해서는 우선 포켓지그와 GFE간의 위치가 규제되어야 한다. 또한 자동차에 GFE를 장착하기 위해서는 GFE에 접착제(Gluing)를 도포하여야 하는데 이때 접착제도포는 로봇이 하게 된다. 때문에 GFE의 정확한 위치에 접착제를 도포하기 위해서도 포켓지그와 GFE간의 위치규제는 중요하다. 이를 만족하기 위해 장착장치 중 슬라이딩테이블(200)이 구성되었다. 포켓지그는 슬라이딩테이블의 핀에 고정되어있어 접착제 도포 전엔 슬라이딩테이블위에 고정되어 있다가 장착 시엔 분리가 가능하도록 하여 작업성을 높였다. 슬라이딩테이블위에 고정되어진 포켓지그 위에 GFE를 작업자가 올려놓아야 한다. 이때 포켓지그위에 맞닿는 패드(102)면을 3차원형상가공을 통해 GFE면과 일치하도록 하여 GFE가 기본적인 자리를 잡을 수 있도록 하였다. 작업자의 스위치조작에 의해 슬라이딩테이블에 구성되어져 있는 X-방향 센터링유닛(220)이 작동하게 된다. 포켓지그에 X-방향규제 블록(X-Position Block)(103)을 설치하여 X-축의 한 방향을 막아 규제를 하고 반대측에 X-센터링실린더(221)가 작동해 X-센터링블록(222)을 밀어 포켓지그와 GFE의 X-좌표가 일치하게 된다. 이후 GFE Y-방향센터링유닛(210)의 Y-센터링실린더(211)가 작동하면 슬라이딩테이블 프레임(201)의 Y0에 위치한 링크플렌지(212)를 회전시킨다. 링크플렌지 (212)의 양 끝에는 링크(213)로 연결되어있어 좌우에 있는 롤러(214)가 Y0점을 중심으로 하여같은 수치로 움직여 GFE를 직접 밀수 있도록 구성하여 포켓지그와 GFE의 Y-좌표를 일치시킴으로써 포켓지그와 GFE는 같은 좌표를 가지게 된다. 그리고 진공유닛(140)의 진공패드(141)를 이용하여 포켓지그에 GFE를 흡착시켜 고정한다.In order to satisfy this configuration, the position between the pocket jig and the GFE must be regulated first.
