Claims (9)
- 금속과 생체 적합성 고분자 물질을 결합시키는 하기 화학식(I)의 실란계 결합제(coupling agent)X-(CH2)n-Si-(Y)m (I)상기 화학식 (I)에서, X는 아민기, 할라이드기, 에폭시기, 알데히드기 및 아세탈기로 이루어진 기능기 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하고, Y는 할라이드기, 메톡시기 및 에톡시기 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하며 n은 1 내지 25의 정수이고 m은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 합금으로 이루어진 스테인리스 금속, 니켈-크롬 합금, 니켈-티타늄 합금, 탄탈륨, 티타늄 계열의 금속 생체 재료인 것임을 특징으로 하는 실란계 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생체 적합성 고분자가 친수성 고분자인 것임을 특징으로 하는 실란계 결합제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 고분자가 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 덱스트란 및 키토 산에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 실란계 결합제.
- i) 전해 연마하여 금속 표면의 거칠기를 감소시키는 단계;ii) 상기 i)에서 형성된 금속 표면에 기능기를 도입하는 단계; 그리고iii) 상기 ii)에서 기능기가 도입된 상기 금속 표면 위에 생체 적합성 고분자를 결합하여 상기 금속 표면에 고분자 박막을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 금속 표면 개질 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 합금으로 이루어진 스테인리스 금속, 니켈-크롬 합금, 니켈-티타늄 합금, 탄탈륨, 티타늄 계열의 금속 생체 재료인 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 개질 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기성 고분자가 친수성 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 개질 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 고분자가 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 덱스트란 및 키토산에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 개질 방법.
- 하기 화학식(I)의 실란계 화합물이 결합제로 사용된 금속과 고분자로 이루어진 보형 물질X-(CH2)n-Si-(Y)m (I)상기 화학식 (I)에서, X는 아민기, 할라이드기, 에폭시기, 알데히드기 및 아세탈기로 이루어진 기능기 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하고, Y는 할라이드기, 메톡시기 및 에톡시기 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하며, n은 1 내지 25의 정수이고 m은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
