Description
Claims (1)
- 진동 자이로스코프를 구비한 회전 속도 센서의 조절 방법으로서,- 상기 진동 자이로스코프의 제1 입력부와 제1 출력부는 상기 제1 입력부에 여기 신호를 제공함으로써 고유 진동수에서 여기되도록 하는 제1 제어 루프의 일부이고,- 상기 진동 자이로스코프의 제2 입력부와 제2 출력부는 제2 제어 루프의 일부이며,- 상기 제2 출력부로부터 출력 신호가 산출될 수 있고, 상기 출력 신호는 증폭 및 아날로그/디지털 변환 후에 복조되어 동상 성분과 이상 성분을 형성하며,- 상기 동상 성분과 이상 성분이 필터링 후에 재변조되고 조합되어 상기 제2 입력부로 제공되는 드라이버 신호를 형성하고,- 상기 동상 성분으로부터 회전 속도 신호가 산출되는 회전 속도 센서 조절 방법에 있어서,- 상기 진동 자이로스코프가 움직이지 않을 때, 보정치가 동상 성분 및 이상 성분에 추가되고 상기 동상 성분 및 이상 성분이 각각 최소일 때까지 변화되며,- 상기 보정치는 비휘발성 메모리에 저장되고 회전 속도 센서의 작동 중에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 속도 센서 조절 방법.
