Claims (6)
- 경질수지판 또는 금속판과 같이 강성을 가지며, 면에 관통구멍 및/또는 절개부를 갖는 판으로 구성된 경질베이스, 및 그 경질베이스의 관통구멍 및/또는 절개부를 폐쇄하도록 고무 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어진 패드부재로 형성되는 키 패드를 포함하고,상기 패드부재에는 스위치 누름돌기가 일체로 제공되고, 경질수지로 이루어진 키 탑이 패드부재의 스위치 누름돌기와 관련되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 키 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패드부재는 상기 경질베이스의 관통구멍 및/또는 절개부에 연결되어 그 경질베이스를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 키 유닛.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 패드부재는 상기 경질베이스의 한쪽 면 또는 양쪽 면을 덮도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 키 유닛.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 키 패드와 키 탑 모두 광투과성을 갖고, 발광소자 등의 광원 배치부가 상기 경질베이스의 관통 구멍 및/또는 절개부 이외의 다른 부분에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 키 유닛.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 키 패드와 키 탑 모두 광투과성을 갖고, 전계발광(EL)소자와 같은 표면 발광체가 그 키 패드에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 키 유닛.
- 관통구멍 및/또는 절개부를 가지며 경질수지판이나 금속판과 같은 강성을 갖는 판으로 구성된 경질베이스를 먼저 형성하는 단계,성형몰드 안에 경질베이스를 배치한 후, 그 경질베이스의 관통구멍 및/또는 절개부가 고무 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어진 패드부재에 의해 폐쇄되도록 패드부재를 고정 및 형성하기 위하여 성형몰드 안에 고무와 열가소성 엘라스토머를 삽입하고, 키 패드를 구성하는 패드부재에 스위치 누름돌기를 일체로 형성하는 단계 및패드부재의 스위치 누름돌기와 관련된 경질수지제 키 탑을 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 키 유닛의 제조방법.
