Description
Claims (10)
- 소정 전압으로 충,방전 가능한 적어도 하나 이상의 뱅크;상기 뱅크에 병렬로 연결되어 충전기 또는 부하가 연결되는 외부 단자;상기 뱅크와 외부 단자 사이에 연결되어 각 뱅크의 충,방전 전압 및 전류를 감지하여 출력하는 적어도 하나 이상의 센서 저항;상기 각 뱅크의 온도를 감지하여 출력하는 적어도 하나 이상의 온도 센서;상기 뱅크와 외부 단자 사이에 설치된 스위치; 및,상기 온도 센서로부터 감지된 각 뱅크의 온도차가 기준치 이상이거나, 또는 상기 센서 저항으로부터 감지된 뱅크의 전압 및 전류가 과충전 또는 과방전 상태일 경우 상기 스위치를 오프하는 제1제어부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 뱅크는 적어도 하나 이상의 베어 셀로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서는 써미스터, 권선 저항형 센서, 광역 저항 센서, 반도체 다이오드 센서, 메달코어형 센서 또는 열전대 센서중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 과방전시 오프되는 방전 스위치 및 과충전시 오프되는 충전 스위치가 직렬로 연결되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 방전 스위치 및 충전 스위치는 전계효과트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제1제어부는 상기 온도 센서로부터 감지된 각 뱅크의 온도차가 기준치 이상이거나, 또는 상기 센서 저항으로부터 감지된 뱅크의 전압 및 전류가 과방전 상태일 경우 방전 스위치를 오프함을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제1제어부는 상기 온도 센서로부터 감지된 각 뱅크의 온도차가 기준치 이상이거나, 또는 상기 센서 저항으로부터 감지된 뱅크의 전압 및 전류가 과충전 상태일 경우 충전 스위치를 오프함을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 온도 센서로부터 감지된 각 뱅크의 온도차가 10~20℃일 경우 스위치를 오프함을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치와 외부 단자 사이에는 상기 스위치의 온도에 감응하여 용단되는 온도 퓨즈가 더 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치와 외부 단자 사이에는 상기 온도 센서, 스위치 또는 제1제어부의 고장 발생시 용단되는 퓨즈가 더 연결되고, 상기 퓨즈는 상기 센서 저항으로부터 과충전 또는 과방전 상태를 감지하여 용단 신호를 출력하는 제2제어부가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩.
