Description
Claims (22)
- 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 장치가,기질을 위한 지지수단,상기 지지수단상의 기질에 방울을 증착하기 위해 지지수단 위로 위치하는 방울 방출 조립체,기질로 방울이 방출되는 둘러싸인 영역을 지지수단과 함께 한정하는 엔클로저 구조를 포함하고,상기 엔클로저 구조는 지지수단과 함께 기질이 진행하는 인입 간격과 배출간격 및 간격을 한정하고,압력조절된 가스자원이 상기 엔클로저 구조로부터 상기 간격을 통해 가스 흐름을 제공하기 위해 엔클로저 구조에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔클로저 구조가 상기 방울 방출 조립체위로 배치되는 엔클로저를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 압력조절된 가스의 압력이 대기압상에서 수두압 0.1-1.0인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 인입 간격이 약 0.006-1.00인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 배출 간격이 0.006-1.00인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔클로저 구조가 압력조절된 가스를 각 간격에 인접한 슬릿에 분배하기 위한 매니폴드 분배시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 압력조절된 가스의 압력이 대기압상에서 수두압 0.1-10인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 인입간격이 0.006-0.100인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 배출간격이 0.006-0.100인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방울이 잉크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기질이 종이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 연속적으로 움직이는 지지수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 압력조절된 가스자원으로부터 입자물질을 제거하는 필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 압력조절된 가스 자원에 습기를 더하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 압력조절된 가스 자원에 용매를 더하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 간격과 가스 압력이 상기 기질보다 큰 속도로 간격을 통하여 상기 가스를 분배하는 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 공기보다 적은 산소함유량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 공기보다 큰 산소함유량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인입 간격이 0.006-0,100인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배출 간격이 0.006-0,100인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 간격과 상기 가스압력이 상기 지지수단에 대해 상기 기질을 평탄하게 하는 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방울을 기질에 증착하기 위한 장치.
