Claims (9)
- 공기압 포설 공법에 사용되는 포설용 튜브에 있어서,폴리에틸렌 재질의 외부층; 및상기 외부층의 내면에 동시 압출되는, 폴리에틸렌과 실록산이 혼합된 재질의 내부층;을 구비하고,상기 내부층의 정지마찰계수는 0.05~0.20이고,상기 내부층과 외부층의 두께가 각각 0.8mm 이하이며,500m 길이의 튜브 내부에 24시간 동안 10bar의 압력을 가할 때 손상이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실록산의 함량이 0.1wt%~5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE)의 밀도가 0.94~0.965g/㎤ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브.
- 공기압 포설 공법에 사용되는 포설용 튜브케이블에 있어서,시스; 및상기 시스내에 복수개가 집합되는, 폴리에틸렌 재질의 외부층;과 상기 외부층의 내면에 동시 압출되는, 폴리에틸렌과 실록산이 혼합된 재질의 내부층;을 구비한 튜브번들;을 포함하고,상기 내부층의 정지마찰계수는 0.05~0.20이고,상기 내부층과 외부층의 두께가 각각 0.8mm 이하이며,500m 길이의 튜브 내부에 24시간 동안 10bar의 압력을 가할 때 손상이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브케이블.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 실록산의 함량이 0.1wt%~5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브케이블.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브케이블.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE)의 밀도가 0.94~0.965g/㎤ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브케이블.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시스가 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 포설용 튜브케이블.
