And a floor construction material composition and a method for producing the same.
In general, sand has been used to collect what exists naturally. Natural sands, however, had limited availability and made it difficult to meet demand, and in some cases maritime was used to replace them. However, this also has a limited amount of collection, increase the cost of collection, damage to the natural environment. Therefore, a method of manufacturing artificial sand by crushing rock with a crusher is widely used.
Sludge is inevitably generated during the rock crushing process for manufacturing artificial sand, which is generally a clay mineral-based fine powder crushed granite, gneiss. Preferably, the fine sludge is fine powder of 200 mesh or less.
Table 1 shows the constituent minerals of fine sludge produced in the process for producing artificial sand used in the present invention.
Among the components shown in Table 1, the mineral contained in the finely divided sludge is generally quartz (SiO 2 ), which accounts for 10 to 60%.
In general, the filling material for the production of liquid silicone rubber is a substance used for the purpose of physical properties of the compound, that is, abrasion resistance and strength enhancement, and aerosol silica is used in one component, and quartz powder, calcium carbonate powder, diatomaceous earth powder, etc. are used in two component. do. That is, the main component of the filler is silica (SiO 2 ).
As described above, the fine sludge contains quartz, which is one of silica in its natural state. Therefore, by adding quartz in the form of powder can be substituted as a filler of the liquid silicone rubber. As a result, the landfilled sludge can be recycled and used for new purposes.

1 is a flow chart showing a method for producing liquid silicone rubber using fine sludge according to the present invention. Referring to Figure 1 will be described a method for producing a liquid silicone rubber using finely divided sludge according to the present invention.
First, the fine sludge produced in the process of manufacturing artificial sand is dried (S10). In general, the manufacturing process of the artificial sand is wet, the sludge produced is a state containing water. Therefore, a drying process is necessary.
Thereafter, the dried fine sludge is pulverized (S20). Preferably, the sludge is used to the fine powder of 200mesh or less, the filler for preparing the liquid silicone rubber is subjected to the grinding process to be added in the form of a powder. The pulverization may be performed by heat treatment in a kiln or by using a pulverizer.
Then, the pulverized fine sludge is uniformly mixed with a predetermined polymer (S30). Since the polymer is as described above, further description will be omitted.
The crosslinking agent is further mixed with the mixture (S40). In this process, the end group silanol (Si-OH) and the crosslinking agent of the polymer harden by causing a hydrolysis condensation reaction and a condensation reaction by a catalyst and water.
After the crosslinking agent is added (S40), a curing catalyst may be added (S50). This process further facilitates the curing process due to the crosslinking agent.
(S60).More preferably, other additives such as an adhesion promoter and a diluent are mixed (S60).
(S70).Thereafter, the mixture is filled in a predetermined container (S70).
According to another aspect of the invention there is provided a floor construction material composition using fine sludge.
The flooring composition includes a binder. Such binders are generally cohesive and adhesive, ranging from materials used to bond materials, to clays, cement, grass and lime, and the like.
Preferably, the binder in the present invention is a liquid silicone rubber. This improves the adhesion to the stone or cement of the flooring material and excellent weather resistance and durability. Here, the liquid silicone rubber prepared according to the liquid silicone rubber manufacturing method using the finely divided sludge of the present invention may be used.
Floor construction material composition using finely divided sludge according to the present invention includes finely divided sludge. The fine sludge plays a role of filler in the composition of the floor construction material and generally serves to increase workability by increasing the binder.
As described above, the finely divided sludge includes any one or more selected from the group consisting of quartz, feldspar, plagioclase, biotite, dolomite, apatite, calcite, green stone and biotite as sludges from the process of manufacturing artificial sand. Preferably, the fine sludge is 65 to 75% by weight based on the weight of the binder.
When the fine water content of the fine sludge is high, the interfacial adhesion with the binder is weakened, which causes the strength of the flooring material to be lowered. Therefore, the fine sludge is preferably dried.
The flooring material composed of a composition having a mixing ratio as described above becomes a material having a strong elasticity. Figure 3 is a photograph showing the elasticity of the flooring material consisting of the composition. This can be used as a finishing material when constructing a floor of a house, or as a construction material interposed between panels. Existing construction materials such as styropol is vulnerable to weak fires, whereas the construction materials according to the present invention can be used as an excellent construction material because the fine sludge itself, which is one of its compositions, is flame retardant.
In addition, the non-toxic clay minerals included in the fine sludge may generate a far infrared ray when it is installed on the floor of the house may have a thermal effect. That is, the floor construction material using the fine powder sludge containing clay minerals may generate a warming effect to help the blood circulation by treating the human body by warming up the body through a physical stimulus called heat.
Preferably, the floor construction material composition using fine sludge according to the present invention may include an expandable solid. The effervescent solid is formed by molding a plastic into a foam, and then injecting hydrocarbon gas such as pentane or butane into the resin and inflating it with steam. The foamed solid material has a low thermal conductivity and has an adiabatic sound insulation effect, allowing the flooring material to shield interlayer noise.
More preferably, the expandable solid is any one selected from the group consisting of expanded polystyrene, expanded polypropylene, expanded polyethylene, and expanded polyurethane. Table 2 shows the characteristics of the foamable solids.
The foamed solid is preferably in a pulverized state, but preferably 5 to 15% by weight based on the weight of the binder.
2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for manufacturing a flooring material using fine sludge according to another aspect of the present invention. In general, the manufacturing process of the artificial sand is wet, the sludge produced is a state containing water. Therefore, a drying process is necessary.
Thereafter, the dried fine sludge is pulverized (S200). Preferably, the sludge is used to the fine powder of 200mesh or less, the filler for preparing the liquid silicone rubber is subjected to the grinding process to be added in the form of a powder. The pulverization may be performed by heat treatment in a kiln or by using a pulverizer.
Then, the dry pulverized fine sludge is mixed with the expandable solid (S300). Alternatively, air may be injected instead of the expandable solid to prepare a construction material having pores.
The mixture is mixed with the binder uniformly (S400). Preferably, the binder is a liquid silicone rubber.
The floor construction material completed through the process as described above can be used by the following construction method. However, the construction method is not limited to the embodiments to be described later and can be modified by any person having ordinary skill in the art.
First, the floor construction material according to the present invention is applied onto the concrete slab and cured for 3 to 5 days depending on the temperature and humidity conditions. When the floor construction material is cured, a heating pipe is installed thereon, and the mortar is applied to finish. When the mortar is cured, a synthetic resin, which is a floor finishing material, is laid thereon to finish the floor construction.
Alternatively, the floor construction material may be cured and used as a construction material interposed between panels.
The finished floor can see the useful effects of ondol due to the minerals contained in the fine sludge and can function as a flame retardant construction material. In addition, it can be seen that the interlayer noise is shielded by the addition of the expandable solids.
