Claims (6)
- 수용성 키토산(Water soluble chitosan)의 사슬에 소수성기로서 콜레스테롤 (cholesterol)과 메톡시 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜){Methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)}를 도입하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 항암제의 전달체용 수용성 키토산 나노입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 키토산(Water soluble chitosan) : 메톡시 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜){Methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)} : 콜레스테롤(cholesterol) = 10 : 2 : 1 내지 1.8의 비율로 됨을 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 항암제의 전달체용 수용성 키토산 나노입자.
- 수용성 키토산(Water soluble chitosan)의 사슬에 소수성기로서 콜레스테롤 (cholesterol)과 메톡시 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜){Methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)}를 도입하여 구성된 수용성 키토산 나노입자에 파클리탁셀이 봉입된 수용성 키토산 나노파클리탁셀.
- 1) 수용성 키토산에 MPEG를 부가하여 아마이드(amide)결합을 형성하고 부생성물인 p-니트로 페닐 기를 제거하는 단계; 및2) 상기 단계의 반응액에 콜레스테롤을 부가하여 수용성 키토산의 유리 아민기와 콜레스테릴 클로로포름에이트(cholesteryl chloroformate)와의 또 다른 아마 이드 결합을 형성시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 항암제의 전달체용 수용성 키토산 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 1)단계에서 생성된 부생성물인 p-니트로 페닐 기는 얼음물(ice water)로 투석하면서 제거한 후, 남아있는 부생성물은 무수 에탄올로 정제함으로써 완전히 제거함을 특징으로 하는 항암제의 전달체용 수용성 키토산 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 키토산 나노입자 제조의 각 단계는 PBS 용액내에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 항암제의 전달체용 수용성 키토산 나노입자의 제조방법.
