Claims (7)
- 핀(11), 슬리브(21) 및 받침대부재(32)로 이루어진, 워크피스 내에 있어서 개구를 통하여 삽입용 블라인드패스너에 있어서,상기 핀(1)은 슬리브(21) 내부로 뻗어 있으며 슬리브의 제 1단(24)에서 또는 부근에서 그것과 함께 접촉하며;슬리브는 방사상으로 확장할 수 있는 부분을 구비하며;받침대부재(32)는 슬리브의 제 2단(25)과 인접하고 그로부터 방사상으로 돌출하며, 핀(11)은 받침대부재(32)를 넘어서 뻗어 있으며;슬리브(21)가, 워크피스의 블라인드 또는 원격페이스를 넘어서 돌출하는 슬리브(21)의 확장 가능한 부분을 가진 적절한 두께로 이루어진 워크피스내의 적합한 개구로 삽입되고, 받침대부재(32)가 워크피스의 부근페이스를 접하게 하는 경우, 및 점진적으로 증가하는 인출력이 받침대부재(32)를 넘어서 뻗는 핀(11)의 부분에 인가되는 경우, 인출력은 받침대부재(32)에 대하여 지지되어, 축의 압축은 받침대부재(32)와 그것과 핀(11)이 접촉하는 사이의 슬리브(21)에 인가되며, 워크피스의 리모트페이스를 가진 받침대에 있어서 블라인드헤드를 형성하기 위하여 슬리브(21)의 방사상으로 확장 가능한 부분이 방사상으로 확장되며; 블라인드헤드와 받침대부재(32) 사이의 워크피스로 압축이 인가되고; 그 후 받침대부재는 핀(11)에 고정될 수 있으며;받침대부재(32)는 충분히 강력한 수단에 의하여 슬리브(21)에 제거가능하게 고정되어 조립된 패스너의 조정은 워크피스내의 개구로 삽입되게하고 설치되게 하지만, 매우 약하여 받침대부재(32)가 슬리브(21)로부터 제거되게 하여 핀(11)과 슬리브(21)를 워크피스상의 개구로부터 나오게할 수 있어 그로부터 패스너가 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드패스너.
- 제 1항에 있어서,슬리브(21)와 받침대부재(32)는 분리되는 부재이며 제거가능한 고정수단은, 슬리브와 받침대부재 중 적어도 하나와 다른 것과의 접촉상태의 변형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드패스너.
- 제 2항에 있어서,슬리브(21)는, 방사상으로 뻗는 헤드(25)이며, 림(rim)(25)은 강도가 불충분하여 슬리브가 개구를 통하여 구동하지 못하며, 받침대부재는, 슬리브헤드(25)가 수납되는 해당하는 오목부(37)를 가지며, 오목부에 인접하는 받침대부재의 부분은 변형되어 슬리브헤드(25)와 접촉상태로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드패스너
- 제 3항에 있어서,받침대부재는 슬리브헤드 주위와 떨어진 복수의 위치에서 전술한 바와 같이 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드패스너.
- 실질적으로 제 1항 내지 4항에 기재되고 첨부된 도면에 도시된 바와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너.
- 전술한 워크피스내에 설치된, 제 1항 내지 제 5항에 기재된 어떠한 청구항으로서 패스너를 워크피스로부터의 제거방법으로서,패스너를 워크피스로부터의 제거방법은, 슬리브로부터 받침대부재를 제거하는 방법과,그 다음, 개구의 블라인드측을 개재하여 핀과 슬리브의 제거방법으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너를 워크피스로부터의 제거방법.
- 전술하고 첨부된 도면에 도시된 바와 실질적으로 같이, 설치된 패스너제거방법.
