Claims (4)
- 케이스(110)의 내부 바닥면 일측에 수직프레임(120)이 수직으로 고정 설치되고, 상기 수직프레임(120)의 상측에는 받침플레이트(130)가 지지 설치되며, 상기 수직프레임(120)의 하측에는 동력을 발생시키는 구동모터(140)가 지지 결합되고, 상기 받침플레이트(130)의 상면에는 에어엔드(150)가 고정 설치되며, 상기 수지프레임을 지난 구동모터(140)의 구동축(141)과 에어엔드(150)의 로우터샤프트(151)에는 풀리(142)가 고정 결합되고, 상기 풀리(142)는 밸트(143)에 의해 연동되도록 결합되어, 상기 구동모터(140)의 동력에 의해 에어엔드(150)의 로우터(152)가 회전되면서 외기를 흡입하여 압축시키도록 이루어진 통상의 스크류형 공기 압축기(100)에 있어서,상기 받침플레이트(130)의 일측은 회동지지수단(160)에 의해 수직프레임(120)에 회동 가능하게 지지 결합되고, 상기 받침플레이트(130)의 타측 하부에 위치한 수직프레임(120)에는 지지브라켓(170)이 고정 결합되며, 상기 지지브라켓(170)에는 지지포스트(180)가 고정 결합되고, 상기 지지포스트(180)에는 상기 받침플레이트(130)의 타측 저면을 밀면서 받치는 탄성스프링(190)이 탄지되어, 상기 탄성스프링(190)에 의해 받침플레이트(130)가 회동되면서 상기 구동모터(140)의 구동축(141) 및 에어엔드(150)의 로우터샤프트(151)에 고정 결합된 풀리(142)를 연결하고 있는 밸트(143)의 장력이 지속적으로 팽팽하게 유지될 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 공기 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지포스트(180)는 상기 받침플레이트(130)를 지나도록 지지브라켓(170)에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 나사샤프트(181)와, 상기 지지브라켓(170)에 결합된 나사샤프트(181)를 고정하도록 상기 나사샤프트(181)에 체결되는 고정너트(182)와, 상기 받침플레이트(130)의 저면을 밀면서 받친 탄성스프링(190)의 하단부가 탄지되도록 상기 나사샤프트(181)에 끼워지는 받침와셔(183)와, 상기 받침플레이트(130)를 관통한 나사샤프트(181)에 체결되어 상기 받침플레이트(130)가 일정구간 이상 회동되지 못하도록 하는 스토퍼너트(184)로 이루어지며,상기 지지브라켓(170)에는 나사샤프트(181)가 체결되는 암나공(171)이 형성되고, 상기 받침플레이트(130)에는 상기 나사샤프트(181)가 관통되어 지나는 관통공(131)이 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 공기 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회동지지수단(160)은 상기 수직프레임(120)에 고정 결합되는 것으로 일면에는 상기 수직프레임(120)을 지나는 보스부(161a)가 돌출 형성되고, 내부에는 상기 보스부(161a)를 지나는 회전삽입공(161b)이 수평으로 관통되어 형성된 결합브라켓(161)과, 상기 결합브라켓(161)의 회전삽입공(161b)에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 단면 원형상의 회전결합부(162a)에 연이어 상기 받침플레이트(130)가 안착 고정 결합되는 단면 반원 형상의 받침부(162b)가 형성되고, 상기 회전결합부(162a)의 선단부에는 암나공(162c)이 일정구간 형성된 받침샤프트(162)와, 상기 결합브라켓(161)의 회전삽입공(161b)에 끼워져 보스부(161a)를 통해 노출된 받침샤프트(162)의 암나공(162c)에 체결되는 조립볼트(163)와, 상기 결합브라켓(161)의 회전삽입공(161b)에 결합된 받침샤프트(162)를 고정하도록 상기 조립볼트(163)에 끼워져 결합브라켓(161)의 보스부(161a)에 지지되는 고정와셔(164)와, 상기 수직프레임(120)에 결합브라켓(161)이 분리 가능하게 고정 결합되도록 하는 고정볼트(165)로 이루어지며,상기 수직프레임(120)에는 결합브라켓(161)의 보스부(161a)가 삽입 고정되는 결합공(121)이 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 공기 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동모터(140)의 저면이 케이스(110)의 내부 바닥면에지지 결합되고, 상기 케이스(110)의 바닥면과 수직프레임(120) 및 구동모터(140)의 결합면 사이에 방진댐퍼(111)가 탄지되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 공기 압축기.
