상기 제조된 건강 음료수들에 대한 관능검사를 실시한 결과를 하기 표 5에 나타내었다. 관능검사는 20세 초반의 담배를 피지 않는 여성을 무작위로 20명을 패널요원으로 선정하여 Sensory Score Sheet법으로 행하였다. 관능검사에서 색깔, 향, 맛 및 종합적 기호도에 대한 평가는 1-5점으로 하였으며 그 결과는 표 5에 나타내었다.The results of conducting the sensory test on the prepared healthy drinks are shown in Table 5 below.
