Abstract

(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
이종물질 저장용 뚜껑의 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 일반적인 것이며,본 발명은 결합부를 나사방식으로 견고하게 하여 밀폐성을 향상시키고자 한 것이다.
(3)발명의 구성
합성수지 용기나,카톤팩,또는 파우치 용기의 스파우트에 사용되는 뚜껑은 본체가 각 용기에 결합 또는 고정 또는 부착(접착)되도록 구성되고,상기한 본체를 중심으로는 하부에 스크류방식으로 결합되어 저장공간의 내용물을 밀폐시키고 있는 결합부가 장착된 작동부를 조립한 것이다.
그리고 상기한 작동부를 개방하는 과정에는 결합부가 어느 일부 이상이 톱니형태의 것에 걸려 결합부가 분리되면서 저장공간의 내용물이 낙하희석되도록 구성한 것이다.

본체에 결합부가 나사방식으로 결합되어 밀폐성이 뛰어나다.

Description

이종물질 저장용 뚜껑의 구조{omitted}
본 발명은 이중물질 저장용 뚜껑의 구조에 관한 것이고,종래의 것으로는 강제 밀착방식의 것이 있거나,단순 접착방식의 것이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 것의 개량에 그 목적이 있다.
그 일예로는,합성수지 용기나,카톤팩,또는 파우치 용기의 스파우트에 사용되는 뚜껑은 본체가 각 용기에 결합 또는 고정 또는 부착(접착)되도록 구성되고,상기한 본체를 중심으로는 하부에 스크류방식으로 결합되어 저장공간의 내용물을 밀폐시키고 있는 결합부가 장착된 작동부를 조립한 것이다.
그리고 상기한 작동부를 개방하는 과정에는 결합부가 어느 일부 이상이 톱니형태의 것에 걸려 결합부가 분리되면서 저장공간의 내용물이 낙하희석되도록 구성한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
그 일예로는,합성수지 용기나,카톤팩,또는 파우치 용기의 스파우트에 사용되는 뚜껑(1)은 본체(10)가 각 용기에 결합 또는 고정 또는 부착(접착)되도록 구성되고,상기한 본체(10)를 중심으로는 하부에 스크류방식으로 결합되어 저장공간의 내용물을 밀폐시키고 있는 결합부(30)가 장착된 작동부(20)를 조립한 것이다.
그리고 상기한 작동부(20)를 개방하는 과정에는 결합부(30)가 어느 일부 이상이 톱니형태의 것에 걸려 결합부(30)가 분리되면서 저장공간의 내용물이 낙하 희석되도록 구성한 것이다.
또한 상기한 본체(10)는 구부(11)의 하방에 톱니형의 고정면(13)이 있는 지지부(12)를 두고, 상기 지지부(12)를 중심으로 결합되는 작동부(20)의 하단 밀폐부(22)가 있는 고정부(21)에는 나사방식으로 결합되도록 나사산(31)이 있는 결합부(30)를 형성한다.
그리고 상기 고정면(13)에 걸려 분리가 용이하도록 톱니형의 고정면대응부(32)를 형성한다
이와 같은 본 발명의 사용시는 작동부(20)를 개방하게 되면 작동부(20)가 상향되는 과정에 결합부(30)의 고정면대응부(32)가 본체(10)의 톱니형 고정면(13)에 걸려 회전하지 못하고 분리되며,동과정에 저장공간(24)의 내용물이 용기내부로 낙하 희석되도록 구성된다.
본 발명은 작동부(20)에 결합부(30)가 고정된후 본체(10)의 구부(11)에 형성된 지지부(12)를 탄력적으로 확장시키면서 조립되는 방식의 것이 바람직하다.
저장공간의 하부를 스크류방식으로 결합부가 밀폐시키고,개방시는 톱니형의 방해부에 의해 벗겨지도록 구성된바,개방전에는 밀폐성이 좋고,개방시는원터치방식으로 작동부를 개방하는 과정에 작동부의 저장관부로부터 결합부가 용이하게 분리되는 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 본체 구부의 내부에는 톱니형의 고정면을 갖는 지지부가 형성되고,상기한 고정면을 중심으로는 저장공간을 갖는 저장관부의 하방에 결합부가 스크류방식으로 결합된 작동부를 조립시키며,
    상기한 결합부는 작동부의 개방 과정에 결합부에 형성된 톱니형의 것이 그 대응부에 걸려 분리되고,
    상기한 과정에 저장관부의 내부에 든 내용물이 낙하되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 저장용 뚜껑의 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 본체는 파우치용기에 부착되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 저장용 뚜껑의 구조.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상기 본체는 카톤팩 등의 용기에 부착되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 저장용 뚜껑의 구조.
