Description

엘라스토머 성형품의 도장방법{Method for painting elastomer articles}Coating method for elastomer molded articles {Method for painting elastomer articles}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for coating a resin molded article, and more particularly, to a method for forming an excellent molded adhesive and peelable coating on an elastomer molded article.

In general, elastomers such as silicone rubbers, polyurethane rubbers, polyolefin rubbers, etc., have a property of easily peeling off the coating due to inherent elasticity and flexibility even when coated. For this reason, in the case of a product in which an elastomeric molded article having poor paintability is assembled with a plastic molded article or a metal molded article having excellent paintability, for example, a product such as a mobile phone, a plastic molded article or a metal molded article having excellent paintability has a color by coating. Elastomer molded products are colored by the use of pigments or dyes, so there is a difference in color and gloss between them, making it impossible to manufacture a product having a single tone.

It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a method of forming a peel resistant coating on an elastomer molded article.

Protective coating composition containing liquid silicone resin, polyacrylic resin, mixed solvent and the like in a limited amount after coating the elastomer which is commonly used for coating plastic molded articles in the study of the present inventors for solving the above problems. When the top coat is applied, the adhesiveness of the coating, the peeling resistance, and the like are excellent, and thus it is possible to impart the same tone as the paint molded article of another material, thereby completing the present invention.

Therefore, according to the present invention, in coating an elastomer molded article, a coating process for applying a coating composition commonly used for coating a plastic molded article to the surface of the elastomer molded article, and a resin mixture containing a liquid silicone resin and a polyacrylic resin 60-70 There is provided a coating method of an elastomeric molded article comprising a top coat step of applying a protective coating composition containing 30% to 40% by weight of a mixed solvent consisting of% by weight, toluene, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate on the undercoating.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

In the elastomer molded article coating method according to the present invention, it is preferable that the elastomer molded article is pretreated before performing the undercoating process. Representative examples of the pretreatment process include a washing process for removing foreign matters on the surface of the molded article, an antistatic process for removing static electricity of the molded article, and the like.

The coating process of the elastomer molded article in the present invention can be carried out using a conventional coating material used for the hard plastic products or metal coating. Such paints are well known in the art. One example is a two-component undercoat with acrylic resin and yellowing polyisocyanate as main components. The above paint is a paint that is used a lot of excellent color implementation and flexibility, excellent hiding power and excellent workability. In general, the spray method is mainly used to apply the paint. After coating the paint, the coat is dried, and the coat thickness of the coat is usually about 7-11 μm. After completing the roadway, the roadway should be done or the roadway will be omitted and the roadway will be carried out directly on the roadway.

In the coating method of the elastomer according to the present invention, the top coat contains 60-70 wt% of a resin mixture containing a liquid silicone resin and a polyacrylic resin, and 30-40 wt% of a mixed solvent composed of toluene, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. Protective coating compositions are used. In the present protective coating composition, when the content of the mixed resin mixture is less than 60% by weight, it is somewhat insufficient to obtain a coating film having excellent peeling resistance and adhesion, and when it exceeds 70% by weight, the coating property of the composition is poor. It may be undesirable. The ratio of liquid silicone resin to polyacrylic resin in the resin mixture is 1: 9 to 9: 1, more preferably 1: 5 to 5: 1.

In addition, a suitable thinner may be added to the present protective coating composition to promote curing of the composition. It is preferable to use the protective coating composition which added the thinner, since the peeling resistance of a coating film can be improved more. In this case, the content of thinner is suitably 1-3 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the composition.

Although not particularly limited, the dry thickness of the top coat is preferably about 25 ± 5 μm.

The present invention can be applied to all kinds of elastomers, and representative examples thereof include silicone rubber, polyurethane rubber, polyolefin rubber, and the like.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples. The following examples are illustrative only and the present invention is not limited thereto.
