Abstract
본 발명은 보온, 단열, 방음의 효과를 얻기 위해서 현재 사용하고 있는 유리 섬유나 암면, 석면 같은 인체에 유해한 물질과 스치로폼, 우레탄폼 같은 화재와 유독가스 발생으로 위험한 건축자재를 대체하기 위하여 안전성있는 건축 내장, 외장 마감자재를 만들고자 연구한 결과 화산 활동으로 발생한 유리질 암석이 871℃ 이상의 온도를 급속히 가열하면 암석속에 함유되있는 결정수가 기화 되면서 가벼운 다공성 입자로 발포되는데 이렇게 발포된 가벼운 다공성 재료를 퍼라이트라고 합니다. 이 퍼라이트는 인체에도 무해하며 다공성이라 방음도 되고 단열 , 보온도 되며 불이 붙지 않고 수분 흡수가 안 되는 것을 알았습니다. 이렇게 가벼운 다공성 입자 알맹이에 접착제와 시멘트를 1:1 비율로 섞어 물로 반죽 한 뒤 다공성 입자에 골고루 입혀 그 재료를 원하는 크기와 모양의 틀에 넣고 굳혀 그 바탕에 인조석 재료나 기타 마감 재료를 도포하여 완성하거나 알루미늄, 신주, 동판등을 원하는 크기로 절단, 절곡하여 그 안에다 재료를 넣고 굳혀서 패널보드로 완성 건축물 내장, 외장에 보온, 단열, 방수, 방습, 방음까지 되는 불연자재를 사용한다면 인체에 유해한 물질과 화재에 위험한 자재를 대체 할 수 있어 소중한 생명과 재산을 보호 받을수 있지 않을까 생각합니다.The present invention is a safe construction to replace dangerous building materials by the generation of fire and toxic gases such as glass fiber, rock wool, asbestos, and harmful substances such as styrofoam and urethane foam, which are currently used to obtain the effect of insulation, insulation and sound insulation.
