Claims (6)
- 이면에 삼각뿔 형상의 엠보스 무늬가 형성된 투명 엠보싱필름(1)과, 상기 엠보싱필름(1)의 이면에 합지(또는 적층)되는 기재필름층(2)을 포함하는 재귀반사 시이트에 있어서, 상기 기재필름층(2)에 축광안료층(22)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 축광 및 재귀반사 시이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱필름(1)과 기재필름층(2)을 열 압착, 합지시킴으로써 열 압착되는 합지부에는 엠보스 무늬가 뭉개져 형성되는 평활면인 발광부(L)를 이루고, 상기 열 압착되는 합지부 이외의 비 압착 합지부에는 엠보스 무늬 면인 재귀반사부(R)를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 축광 및 재귀반사 시이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 축광안료층(22)을 이루는 축광안료가 산화스트론튬(Strontium Oxide) 55 ∼ 62.5중량%, 산화알루미늄(Aluminum Oxide) 35 ∼ 42.5중량%, 산화디스프로슘(Dysprosium Oxide) 1 ∼ 9중량% 및 산화유로퓸(Europium Oxide) 0.5 ∼ 1.5중량%로 구성되는 축광성 황색 발광체 안료 조성물, 산화스트론튬 20 ∼ 68.75중량%, 산화알루미늄 30 ∼ 78.75중량%, 산화칼슘(Calcium Oxide) 1 ∼ 49.75%, 산화디스프로슘 0.1 ∼ 49.75중량%, 산화유로퓸 0.1 ∼ 49.75중량% 및 이산화규소(Silicon Dioxide) 0.05 ∼ 48.8중량%로 구성되는 축광성 청색 변색 발광체 안료 조성물 또는 칼슘설파이드(Calcium sulfide) 70 ∼ 98.85중량%, 칼슘설페이트(Calcium sulfate) 1 ∼ 29.85중량%, 유로퓸 및/또는 톨륨(Thulium) 0.05 ∼ 28.9중량% 및 이산화규소 0.1 ∼ 28.95중량%로 구성되는 축광성 적색 변색 발광체 안료조성물 중에서 선택되는 1종의 안료 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 축광 및 재귀반사 시이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재필름층(2)이 투명필름(21)의 하측면에 축광안료층(22) 및 백색안료층(23)이 차례로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 축광 및 재귀반사 시이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재필름층(2)이 투명필름(21)의 상측면에 축광안료층(22)이 형성되고 하측면에는 백색안료층(23)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 축광 및 재귀반사 시이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재필름층(2)이 합성수지와 백색안료를 혼합 용융하여 만든 백색필름(210)을 기재로 하여 상측면에 축광안료층(22)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 축광 및 재귀반사 시이트.
