Claims (7)
- 압력 용기의 밀폐 방법에 있어서,플랜지를 구비한 밀폐 헤드를, 다수의 방사능 연료 집합체를 수용하는 압력 용기 본체의 플랜지 위에 그로부터 이격시켜 배치하는 단계와,압력 용기 본체 플랜지의 밀폐 스터드 구멍에 밀폐 스터드를 설치하는 단계와,수압 너트 조립체를 밀폐 스터드에 부착하는 단계와,상기 수압 너트 조립체와 상기 압력 용기 사이에 수압 호스를 연결하는 단계와,압력 원으로부터 수압 너트 조립체를 동시에 가압하여, 상기 압력 용기 본체 플랜지상에 이격된 밀폐 헤드 플랜지를 안착시키기에 충분한 힘을 밀폐 스터드에 동시에 가하고 밀폐 스터드를 연장시키는 단계와,상기 밀폐 스터드에 힘이 가해져 밀폐 스터드가 연장되는 동안 상기 밀폐 헤드 플랜지 위의 정 위치에 상기 수압 너트 조립체를 고정시키는 단계와,상기 수압 너트 조립체가 상기 밀폐 헤드 플랜지 위의 정 위치에 고정되어 밀폐 스터드가 연장되는 동안 상기 수압 너트 조립체상의 수압을 해제하는 단계를 포함하는압력 용기의 밀폐 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압력 용기는 연료 집합체상에 스프링으로 지지된 제거 가능한 상측 노심 지지 조립체를 수용하고 있고, 플랜지를 구비한 밀폐 헤드를, 압력 용기 본체 플랜지 위에 그로부터 이격시켜 배치하는 상기 단계는, 상기 연료 집합체상에 스프링으로 지지된 제거 가능한 상측 노심 지지 조립체상의 압력 용기 본체 플랜지 위에 그로부터 이격된 관계로 밀폐 헤드를 지지하는 단계를 포함하는압력 용기의 밀폐 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압력 용기 본체 플랜지 위에 그로부터 이격되도록 밀폐 헤드를 지지하는 상기 단계는, 밀폐 헤드 플랜지를 압력 용기 본체 플랜지로부터 1/4인치 이격시켜 지지하는 단계를 포함하는압력 용기의 밀폐 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수압 너트 조립체는 나사를 갖는 제 1 부재를 구비하고, 수압 너트 조립체를 밀폐 스터드에 부착하는 상기 단계는, 제 1 부재를 밀폐 스터드상에 나사결합하는 단계를 포함하는압력 용기의 밀폐 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수압 너트 조립체를 부착하는 단계는, 상기 밀폐 스터드가 압력 용기 본체 플랜지에 설치되기 전에 제 1 부재를 밀폐 스터드상에 나사 결합하는 단계를 포함하는압력 용기의 밀폐 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수압 너트 조립체를 동시에 가압하여 상기 압력 용기 본체 플랜지상에 이격된 밀폐 헤드 플랜지를 안착시키기에 충분한 힘을 가하여 밀폐 헤드를 연장시키는 상기 단계는, 밀폐 스터드에 부착된 수압 너트 조립체의 전체를 가압하는 단계를 포함하는압력 용기의 밀폐 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 수압 너트 조립체를 동시에 가압하는 단계는 상기 수압 너트 조립체를 물로 가압하는 단계를 포함하는압력 용기의 밀폐 방법.
