Claims (6)
- 기판과, 상기 기판위에 배선되는 다수개의 전원라인 및 신호라인과, 상기 전원라인 및 신호라인의 입력단과, 상기 입력단에 결합되는 FPC를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치에 있어서,상기 유기전계발광표시장치는,상기 전원라인 및 신호라인의 입력부에서 각 라인이 수직배열되는 영역에 전자계방지 보호회로가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전자계방지 보호회로는상기 FPC와 입력부의 결합영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 입력부는상기 신호 및 전원라인에 연결되는 다수개의 입력라인과, 상기 입력라인에 각각 연결되어 상기 FPC와 결합되는 다수개의 입력단을 포함하되, 상기 전자계방지 보호회로는일측으로는 제 1 입력라인과 타측으로는 제 2 입력라인에 연결된 제 1 입력단에 각각 연결되어 그 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자계방지 보호회로의 배치가 용이한 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전자계방지 보호회로는일측으로는 제 1 입력라인과 타측으로는 제 2 입력라인과 각각 연결되어 그 상기 제 1 및 제 2 입력라인 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자계방지 보호회로의 배치가 용이한 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전자계방지 보호회로는일측으로는 제 1 입력단과 타측으로는 제 2 입력단과 각각 연결되어 그 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자계방지 보호회로의 배치가 용이한 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전자계방지 보호회로는다수개의 박막트랜지스터가 다이오드 연결된 다이오드링인것을 특징으로 하는 전자계방지보호회로의 배치가 용이한 유기전계발광표시장치.
