Abstract

본 발명은 건축용 미장적 벽돌 구조 및 쌓기에 관한 신 공법으로, 더욱 상세하게는 현행 조적방법은 모르타르로 벽돌을 고정시켜 쌓는 방법으로 화재 및 횡력에 취약하며 사용한 벽돌은 재활용이 불가능하여 이를 대체하는 벽돌구조 및 쌓기에 관한 신 공법에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 벽돌 가로면 양끝 삼분의 일 지점에 원, 사각, 기타의 위, 아래 면이 통하도록 홈을 내고 그 홈에 벽돌 높이의 1.5배가 되는 같은 재질로 구운핀을 끼워 모르타르 없이 조적하는 방법으로, 화재 및 횡력에 강하고 쌓기에 편리하며, 재활용 또한 가능하여 건축폐기물을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다

Description

벽돌구조 및 벽돌쌓기의 신공법{A new technology in masonry}
본 발명은 건축용 벽돌구조 및 쌓기에 관한 신 공법으로, 더욱 상세하게는 현행 조적방법은 모르타르로 벽돌을 고정시켜 쌓는 방법으로 벽돌을 쌓기 위해 모래와 시멘트를 일정비율 혼합하고 물을 부어 반죽한 후 벽돌 위에 모르타르를 바른 다음 벽돌을 쌓고 응고 시 까지 기다렸다가 반복하는 방법을 사용하고 있다.
상기에서처럼 현행 조적의 공법은 숙련된 기술 및 모래, 시멘트 와 장시간의 노동이 수반되고 화재 시에는 모르타르가 열에 녹아 붕괴 및 횡력에 취약해 상기의 문제점 보완 및 재활용을 하기 위해 벽돌조적 시에 모르타르를 사용하지 않는 조적 방법으로 보통 벽돌의 열처리(1400 ∼ 1800℃)에서 구운 벽돌과 벽돌핀을 사용하여 조적하는 방법으로 그 구성을 알아보면 아래와 같다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 번거로운 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1의 (가)와 같이 벽돌 가로면 양끝 삼분의 일 지점에 원, 사각, 기타의 상, 상면이 통하도록 홈을 내고 도 1의 (가)홈에 도 1의 (나)와 같은 벽돌높이의 1.0 배가 되는, 같은 재질로 구운 벽돌 핀을 끼워 도 2의 (가),(나)처럼 모르타르 없이 조적할 수 있으며 도 3의 (가)처럼 조적 후의 벽돌 핀이 벽돌의 높이의 2분의1씩 점하여 맞물려 쌓을 수 있다. 이때 기초 및 마무리 벽돌핀은 벽돌높이의 2분의 1규격의 벽돌핀을 사용해야 하며, 조적 해체 시에는 도 3의 (나)를 도 1의 (나) 홈에 끼워 도 3의 (다)를 사용, 조립 및 해체하여 100％ 재활용활 수 있는 특징이 있다.
이상에서 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은, 모르타르 없이 조적하는 공법으로 첫째는 벽돌쌓기가 편리하고, 둘째는 벽돌 제조 시에 고온(1400℃ ～ 1800℃)에서 열처리 함으로써 상기℃이하의 화재에는 모르타르가 없어 붕괴위험이 적고, 셋째는 조립순의 역순으로 도 3의 (나), (다)를 이용, 분해가 가능해 100％ 재활용이 가능하고 건축폐기물을 줄일 수 있으며, 넷째는 같은 재질의 벽돌핀 고정의 조적으로 모르타르 조적보다 횡력에 강하며, 다섯째는 조적 시에 모래 및 시멘트가 필요 없어 자원을 절약할수 있는 장점이 있다.
