A vibration reducing structure of a vehicle by using a spare tire is provided to cancel vibration by generating vibration antiphase opposite to the vibration generated in operating an engine. In a vehicle installed with an engine mount and a radiator bush for damping vibration generated in operating an engine, a vibration reducing structure is composed of a vibration measuring instrument(10) for measuring vibration of a vehicle body and then outputting a correspondent signal; a control unit(20) for receiving the signal output from the vibration measuring instrument and then outputting a control signal to generate vibration having antiphase opposite to the input signal; an actuator(30) for vertically vibrating the spare tire by the control signal output from the control unit; and a coil spring(40) installed to a fixing shaft(6) of the spare tire.
