Claims (7)
- 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 복수의 화소를 구비하고,각 화소가, 화소 선택 신호가 공급된 화소 선택 라인과,표시 데이터가 공급된 데이터 라인과,상기 화소 선택 신호에 따라서 상기 표시 데이터를 화소에 입력하는 화소 선택 트랜지스터와,상기 화소 선택 트랜지스터의 소스와 일체인 제1 전극과 이 제1 전극과 용량 절연막을 개재하여 대향한 상기 축적 용량 라인으로 구성되고, 상기 표시 데이터를 유지하는 축적 용량과,표시 소자와,상기 축적 용량에 유지된 표시 데이터에 따라서 구동 전원 라인으로부터 상기 표시 소자로 전류 또는 전압을 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하며,상기 구동 전원 라인이 상기 축적 용량 라인 상에 연장하도록 굴곡하면서 열방향으로 연장하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 축적 용량 라인이, 행방향으로 배치된 복수의 화소에 걸쳐, 상기 화소 선택 트랜지스터를 따라서 지그재그로 굴곡하면서 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 화소 선택 트랜지스터의 소스와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트가 컨택트 구조로 접속되고, 이 컨택트 구조는, 상기 화소 선택 트랜지스터의 소스와 금속층을 접속하는 제1 컨택트와, 상기 금속층과 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트를 접속하는 제2 컨택트로 이루어지고,상기 제1 및 제2 컨택트가 상기 축적 용량 라인과 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 화소는, R, G, B 중 어느 하나에 대응하고 있고, R, G, B에 대응한 각 화소의 축적 용량의 패턴 형상이 각각 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 R, G, B에 대응한 축적 용량의 용량값이 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 R, G, B의 각 화소의 피치가 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 R, G, B의 각 화소는, 동색일지라도 개구율이 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
