Claims (12)
- 측부에 배치된 연결편(6)을 포함하는 분사기 본체(2)를 구비한 연료 분사기이고, 상기 연결편(6)은 연결 영역(5)과 전방면(7)을 가지며, 분사기 본체(2) 내부의 밸브 챔버(14)로의 유입 보어(22) 및 분사기 본체(2) 내의 노즐 공급 보어(9)를 구동시키는 유입 보어부(9.1)가 상기 전방면(7)으로부터 연장되고, 상기 노즐 공급 보어(9)는 유입 보어부(9.1)와 함께 연결 영역(20)을 형성하는 연료 분사기에 있어서,상기 유입 보어부(9.1)는 연결편(6)의 연결 영역(5)을 통해 연장되고, 분사기 본체(2)의 축(19)에 대해 거의 교차하지 않는 전환 영역(20)을 가능하게 하는 경사 각도(30)로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연결 영역(5)은 연결 나사로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입 보어부(9.1)는 전방면(7) 및 연결편(6)의 연결 영역(5)을 통해 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입 보어부(9.1)와 분사기 본체(2)의 축(19) 사이의 경사 각도(30)는 35°보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경사 각도는 30°보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경사 각도는 양호하게는 25°보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 챔버(14)의 벽(17)에는 링 홈(18)이 형성되고, 연결편(6)의 전방면(7)으로부터 연장하는 유입 보어(22)는 70°이상의 각도(23)로 상기 링 홈(18)으로 합류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유입 보어(22)는 분사기 본체(2)의 축(19)에 수직으로 형성된 법선에 대하여 각도 옵셋(28)되어, 밸브 챔버(14)의 링 홈(18)으로 합류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입 보어부(9.1)와 노즐 공급 보어(9) 사이의 전환 영역(20)에는 응력 해제에 작용하는 만곡부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전환 영역(20)은 분사기 본체(2) 내의 밸브 챔버(14)까지 증가된 간격(31)으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입 보어부(9.1)는 제1 위치(26)에서 연결 영역(5)의 연결편(6)과 제2 위치(27)에서 연결편(6)의 전방면(7)에 관통 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전환 영역(20)의 유입 보어부(9.1)는 더 작은 직경의 보어부(13)로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사기.
