Claims (2)
- Sn 4∼20중량%과 In 0.5∼6중량%와 나머지는 Ag으로 구성되며, 필요에 따라 Ni, Co, Fe 을 1종 또는 2종 이상 총 0.001∼1중량% 더 포함하는 용해합금을 내부산화한 은-산화물계 전기접점재료에 있어서,상기의 용해합금은 Au, Pd, Pt, Rh, Os, Ir, Ru 을 1종 또는 2종 이상 총 0.001∼1중량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은-산화물계 전기접점재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기의 전기접점재료는 필요에 따라 Cd 을 0.01∼3중량% 더 포함하는 것을특징으로 하는 은-산화물계 전기접점재료.
