Description
Claims (11)
- 상이한 산란, 반사 또는 회절 특징들을 갖는 아크로매틱 표면 구조들을 가지는 광학적 가변 소자의 표면 부분들이 상호 중첩되는 관계로 박막 구조와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아크로매틱 표면 구조들이, 상이한 산란 특징들을 갖는 매트 구조들의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 산란 특징들은 색 및 콘트라스트 변화에 있어서 밝기가 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 매트 구조들은 그들의 평균 깊이 및/또는 그들의 상관 길이가 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 매트 구조들은 등방성 매트 구조들의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 매트 구조들은 이방성 매트 구조들의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아크로매틱 표면 구조들은 아크로매틱 블레이즈 구조들의 형태 및/또는 상이한 반사 특성들을 갖는 대형 구조들의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,표면 부분의 표면 구조는 톱니 구조의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 박막 구조는 고굴절률, 특히 2 이상의 굴절률을 가지는 박막층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 박막 구조는 저굴절률, 특히 1.5 이하의 굴절률을 가지는 박막층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학적 가변 소자를 구비하는 보안 소자.
