종래의 산업분야에서 널리 이용하고 있는 바란스 제품은 이를 성형할 때 종량체인 철분말을 다량 혼합하면 바람직하나, 이와 같이 철분말이 많이 함유되면 사출기의 기계적 무리가 있기 때문에 먼저 케이스를 플라스틱으로 성형한 후 그 공실내에 콘크리트 몰탈을 충전시키고 있는 관계로 작업성과 상품성이 매우 저조한 결점이 있어 이 점을 개선하고자 본 출원인이 선출원 한 상기의 실용신안 출원 제 2003-17609호는 혼합재료를 혼합 압출기에서 혼합 용융 압출한 후 이를 플런저 또는 스크류 압출기로 다시 혼련 압출한 후 프레스 압착기로 바란스 제품을 성형하였기 때문에 종래에 비하여 장점은 있으나, 단순제품 이외에는 성형할 수 없는 결점이 있어 이 점을 개선한 것이 상기 실용신안 출원 제 2003-20406호로서, 이는 혼합재료를 회전 혼합 재료 압출통에 투입하여 고속으로 회전되는 회전 날개판과의 마찰열에 의해 혼합 용융되게 하고, 이와 같이 혼합 용융된 혼련물은 이송 실린더를 거쳐 플런저 사출기에 투입된 후 유압 실린더 또는 사출용 서보모터에 의해 전후진하는 플런저의 사출압에 의해 제품금형 내에서 비교적 정교한 바란스 제품을 성형할 수 있게 하였기 때문에 생산성과 품질의 고급화는 기대할 수 있으나 원재료를별도로 혼합하는 준비작업을 해야 하고, 이의 사출성형 속도가 느린 결점이 있었던 것이다.The balance product widely used in the conventional industrial field is preferably mixed with a large amount of iron powder when molding it.
