Claims (6)
- 제1 기판;제1 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제1 방향과 직교하는 제2 방향으로 소정 간격을 가지도록 배열되는 복수의 데이터 라인, 상기 제2 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제1 방향으로 소정 간격을 가지도록 배열되는 복수의 게이트 라인, 상기 복수의 데이터 라인 및 상기 복수의 게이트 라인 중 인접하는 2개의 데이터 라인 및 게이트 라인에 의해 둘러싸여 형성되는 화소 영역, 및 상기 화소 영역에서 상기 제2 방향으로 연장되어 상기 게이트 라인과 평행하도록 형성되는 공통전극 라인을 갖는 제2 기판;상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 개재되는 액정; 및상기 제2 기판의 하부에 형성되어 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판에 광을 제공하는 광 발생장치를 포함하고,상기 게이트 라인은 상기 공통전극 라인과 일정한 직선 이격거리를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극 라인은소정의 넓이를 갖는 마름모 형상의 커패시터 전극; 및상기 커패시터 전극의 제1 꼭지점 및 상기 제1 꼭지점에 대향하는 제2 꼭지점에서 동일축 선상의 서로 다른 방향으로 연장되어 형성되는 커패시터 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인은상기 게이트 라인에 인접하는 상기 커패시터 전극의 제3 꼭지점에 대응하는 영역이 V자 형상으로 절곡되고, 상기 절곡된 양 단부가 상기 커패시터 라인과 평행하도록 연장되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정은 티엔(TN) 모드, 피브이에이(PVA) 모드 및 아이피에스(IPS) 모드 중 어느 하나의 동작 모드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소영역은 V자 형상을 가지도록 형성되고,상기 복수의 데이터 라인은 상기 화소영역과 대응하는 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판은 상기 광에 의해 소정의 색을 발현하는 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
