상면 중앙부에 오목한 용변부(1a)가 형성된 변기본체(1)와, 상기 변기본체(1)의 상면 테두리에 대응되는 링형태로 구성되어 상기 변기본체(1)의 상부에 전단부가 상하로 회동 가능하게 설치되는 좌대(2)와, 상기 좌대(2)의 상부를 덮도록 전단부가 상하방향으로 회동 가능하게 설치되는 커버(3)와, 상기 용변부(1a)의 물을 채울 수 있게 수조(4)를 구비하고,
상기 용변부(1a)에서 발생된 악취를 강제 배기시킬 수 있도록 상기 용변부(1a)의 일측에 설치되는 악취배출파이프부재(110);
상기 용변부(1a)의 악취를 배출시킬 수 있도록 상기 악취배출파이프부재(110)의 입구측에 설치되는 악취유입부재(130);
상기 악취유입부재(130)에 유입된 악취를 상기 변기본체(1)의 배출통로를 배출시키며, 상기 배출통로를 통해 악취가 상기 변기본체(1)로의 유입을 차단시키도록 상기 악취배출파이프부재(110)의 후단에 설치되는 악취차단밸브(150);를 포함하며,

상기 악취유입부재(130)는,
인가된 전원에 의해 회전력을 발생시키는 구동모터(131);
상기 구동모터(131)의 회전력에 의해 회전되면서 상기 변기본체(1)의 악취를 상기 악취배출파이프부재(110)의 후단으로 이동시키는 흡입팬(132);을 포함하며,
