상기 센싱 전극들 사이에서 상기 센싱 전극의 테두리의 형상을 따라 연장하는 더미 라인을 포함하고,
상기 전극 라인들은 물결형 또는 톱니형으로 연장하고, 상기 센싱 전극은 이웃하는 상기 전극 라인들을 연결하며 상기 센싱 전극의 전체 영역에 걸쳐 분포하는 연결 패턴들을 더 포함하며,
상기 연결 패턴들은 상기 전극 라인의 변곡부들에 연결되며 일정한 간격으로 배열된 제1 연결 패턴들 및 상기 전극 라인의 이웃하는 변곡부들 사이의 연장부들에 연결되며 일정한 간격으로 배열된 제2 연결 패턴들을 포함하고,
