이를 위해 본 고안은, 경질의 합성수지재질에 의해 판 형태로 형성되고, 상하로 관통된 단자 노출공이 형성된 상부커버와, 전도성 고무 재질로 형성되어 상기 상부커버의 하측에 위치하며, 상측에는 돌출된 단자가 형성되어 상기 단자 노출공의 하측으로부터 상측으로 끼워져서 고정되고, 하부면에는 부착부가 도포된 전극패드와, 경질의 합성수지재질에 의해 판 형태로 형성되고, 상기 부착부의 하부면 전체를 덮을 수 있는 크기를 가지는 하부커버로 구성된다.
