Abstract
The soundproof panel includes a front plate having a plurality of through holes, a rear plate forming a storage space in association with the front plate, a first soundproof plate disposed between the front plate and the rear plate, A second soundproof plate disposed between the front plate and a first space holding member disposed between the second soundproof plate and the rear plate to form a first air layer. Description
The present invention relates to a soundproof panel, and more particularly, to a soundproof panel that can be used for a soundproof wall installed on a road.
Today, our daily lives are constantly affected by various factors such as the operation of various mechanical equipment, the operation of transportation means such as automobile, railway, subway, airplane, various works using heavy equipment, . Such noise may cause hearing loss, headache, and anxiety to the human body, which may act as a harmful factor to the health, resulting in a decrease in productivity and quality in the industrial field. Therefore, the noise inducing members should be designed so as to generate as little noise as possible, and inevitably, when the noise is generated, it is necessary to prevent the noise from propagating to the outside as much as possible.
The necessity for soundproofing like this is almost all the necessities such as roadside, railway, airport, workplace, construction site, heavy equipment, common residential facilities such as apartment or office, performance hall such as music hall or theater, indoor sports facility, It is required for the surrounding living environment.
As a typical soundproofing method, various soundproofing materials made of a material having a sound absorption or sound insulation performance are used to install a soundproofing structure such as a soundproof wall, a soundproofing partition, a soundproofing room, and a finish material for sound processing to absorb noise and block the propagation path Methods are widely used.
In the case of a soundproof wall provided around the road, soundproof panels are laminated on a support made of H-shaped steel or the like. According to the related art, the soundproof panel includes a sound absorbing plate disposed between the front plate and the rear plate, and an air layer is formed between the sound absorbing plate and the rear plate to increase the sound insulation performance. However, the sound-absorbing panel is easy to move during the transportation and installation of the sound-absorbing panel, and when the position of the sound-absorbing plate is not fixed, the air layer may not be stably formed and soundproofing performance may be deteriorated.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a soundproof panel including an air layer so as to improve soundproofing performance.
A soundproof panel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a front plate having a plurality of through holes, a rear plate coupled with the front plate to form a storage space, a first soundproof plate disposed between the front plate and the rear plate, A second soundproof plate disposed between the first soundproof plate and the front plate, and a first space holding member disposed between the second soundproof plate and the rear plate to form a first air layer. The first gap holding member includes a support portion and an insertion portion protruded from the support portion and inserted into the first soundproof plate or the second soundproof plate.
In one embodiment, the first soundproof plate and the second soundproof plate include polyester, and the polyester density of the second soundproof plate is higher than the polyester density of the first soundproof plate.
In one embodiment, the first soundproof plate is thicker than the second soundproof plate.
In one embodiment, the first gap retaining member is disposed between the first soundproof plate and the rear plate, and the insertion portion of the first gap retaining member is inserted into the first soundproof plate.
In one embodiment, the soundproof panel further includes a second gap retaining member disposed between the first soundproof plate and the second soundproof plate to form a second air layer.

In one embodiment, the first gap maintaining member further includes a support protrusion having a width smaller than that of the support portion and protruding from the support portion in a direction opposite to the insertion portion.
The soundproof panel according to the present invention can improve soundproofing performance by stably forming and maintaining an air layer in a soundproof panel.
