Description

흡차음 성능을 개선한 가설 방음판{TEMPORARY SOUND BARRIER FOR IMPROVING ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCES}TEMPORARY SOUND BARRIER FOR IMPROVING ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCES}

The present invention relates to a hypothetical soundproofing plate having an improved sound absorbing and insulating performance, and in detail, the soundproofing plate is inserted into and fixed to a fixing member inserted into both sides of the rear panel by a predetermined distance from the inner side of the rear panel to slide the rear panel and the sound insulating plate. It is related with the provision of the soundproof board which improved the sound insulation and sound insulation performance which forms an air layer between them, and installs the sound absorption material of a heterogeneous material in the front surface of a sound insulation board.

In general, as the noise generated at the construction site causes noise pollution to houses, schools, and offices around the site, the temporary sound insulation board is designed to block the transmission of noise generated inside the construction site to the outside during the construction work. Temporary construction of soundproof walls was carried out, and after construction, it was demolished.

At this time, a plurality of temporary soundproofing plates are stacked vertically and left and right to construct a soundproof wall.

Although the shape and shape of the hypothetical sound insulation boards vary, generally known sound insulation boards are formed by forming a sheet material consisting of an aluminum plate or an iron plate into a predetermined shape, and then fabricating and assembling the front plate, the back plate, and the side plate. That is, the sound absorbing material is inserted between the front plate having various forms of perforations or galleries on the outer surface and the rear plate bent to a certain shape, and the both sides are blocked by the side plates to assemble the sound absorbing effect to exhibit sound insulation effect. Doing.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, the conventional temporary sound insulation board has a rear plate 10 having a cross-sectional shape in the shape of a depression, a sound absorbing material 20 inserted into the back plate 10, and a front surface of the sound absorbing material 20. It is attached, and consists of a front plate 30 made of a perforation (31).

However, such conventional hypothetical sound insulation boards perform sound insulation with the back panel and sound absorption through sound absorbing materials, and the local governments have greatly raised the regulatory standards. There is a problem.

2 and 3, the hypothetical sound insulation panel 100 having improved sound absorbing and insulating performance according to the present invention includes a back plate 110, a fixing member 120, a sound insulating plate 130, and a first sound absorbing material. 140, the second sound absorbing material 150, and the front plate 160.

First, the back plate 110 is formed in a known configuration bent galvanized steel sheet having a thickness of 0.5mm or more in the form of a depression. At this time, the back plate 110 is formed with a coupling jaw 111 and the coupling groove 113 for coupling with the back plate adjacent to both sides.

In addition, the fixing member 120 is formed in a rectangular shape of a sound insulating material such as rubber, PP, PE foam, and guide grooves 121 are formed in the length direction on one side thereof to be press-fit and fixed to both ends of the rear plate 110. . Here, the fixing member 120 is preferably formed continuously, but may be formed at equal intervals according to the selection to fix the sound insulating plate 130 to be described later. Here, the guide groove 121 is preferably formed to have a maximum depth that does not damage the fixing member 120 so as to maximize the sound insulation performance of the sound insulation plate 130.

In addition, the sound insulation plate 130 is a galvanized steel sheet having a thickness of 0.4 mm or more and is formed in a rectangular shape with a length corresponding to the length of the rear plate 110, and inserted into the guide groove 121 of the fixing member 120 to provide sound insulation. The air layer AS improves the performance. Here, the air layer AS preferably has a spacing of 10 mm or more, and an additional sound absorbing material (not shown) may be provided in the air layer AS according to a selection.

On the other hand, the hypothesis soundproofing plate 100 with improved sound absorbing and insulating performance according to the present invention may be installed by assembling only the back plate 110, the fixing member 120 and the sound insulation plate 130 as shown in FIG. First, the first sound absorbing material 140 is a low-density (24k) polyester material having a thickness of 20 mm or more, and is formed in a rectangular shape with a length corresponding to the length of the sound insulating plate 130 to provide sound insulation for improving sound absorption performance of a low frequency band. Adhesively fixed to the front of the plate 130. Here, the first sound absorbing material 140 is formed to be thicker than the thickness of the second sound absorbing material 150, the reason is that the price is low, but the sound absorption and sound insulation performance due to the attachment of the different materials to satisfy the regulation Because it can.

In addition, the second sound absorbing material 150 is made of a material such as high density (60k) PP and PET fiber having a thickness of 10 mm or more and a heterogeneous material with the first sound absorbing material 140 and a high frequency at a length corresponding to the length of the sound insulation plate 130. In order to improve the sound absorbing performance of the band is formed in a rectangular shape is fixed to the front surface of the first sound absorbing material 140.
