Abstract
The present invention relates to a footrest for a vehicle, which is developed to allow a footrest to be comfortably raised and rested by raising the footrest so that the occupant can comfortably put his foot on the same height as the height of the seat.
A footrest for a vehicle mounted on a vehicle, the footrest being capable of being folded and spread on a front surface of a seat on which a passenger can sit,
A body positioned on the front surface of the seat and having a rectangular space portion on the rear surface;
A lower panel having a rectangular plate shape and having first hinge shafts protruding from both sides of the front side and being rotatably inserted into both side walls of the space;
And a second hinge shaft which is protruded on both sides and is rotatably inserted into a rear portion of the space above the first hinge shaft inserted in the space, and a cover bracket for covering both sides of the lower panel is formed on the rear surface, ;
A pair of male rails extending upwardly and backwardly from the upper surface of the lower panel and a bottom surface of the cover bracket, and a pair of arm rails surrounding the male rails so as not to be detached;
And a ratchet mounted on the first hinge shaft and having a pawl which rotates only in one direction.
Description
The present invention relates to a footrest for a vehicle, and more particularly, to provide a footrest that allows a passenger to comfortably raise his / her foot to a height equal to the height of the seat, The present invention relates to a footrest for vehicle mounting.
If you travel on a car or train for a long time, you will feel uncomfortable with your legs, especially if you are Korean people who are more familiar with sitting culture than wearing culture.
For this purpose, the bus or train is installed in such a way that the footrests can be raised or lowered by fixing or rotating the feet slightly apart from the floor. However, children can not use the footrests and sit in the unstretched position. If the belt is not used suddenly, there is a risk that the body will pop out.
Furthermore, the spacing between the seats is limited in the case of buses or trains used for public transportation, which makes it more difficult for pedestrians to raise their feet comfortably.
However, it is necessary to develop a footrest that allows the occupant to easily raise his / her feet by allowing the footrest to be installed at a sitting height in a situation where the interval between the seats can be ensured mainly for a private or condominium vehicle.
The present invention has been developed in order to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to develop a footrest for vehicle mounting which is located in front of a vehicle seat and can be easily used when necessary.
It is also an object of the present invention to develop a footrest for a vehicle which can be comfortably laid down in a vehicle such as a passenger car.
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a footrest for a vehicle, which can be folded on a front surface of a seat on which a passenger can sit, so that the foot can be lifted up.
A body positioned on the front surface of the seat and having a rectangular space portion on the rear surface;
A lower panel having a rectangular plate shape and having first hinge shafts protruding from both sides of the front side and being rotatably inserted into both side walls of the space;
And a second hinge shaft which is protruded on both sides and is rotatably inserted into a rear portion of the space above the first hinge shaft inserted in the space, and a cover bracket for covering both sides of the lower panel is formed on the rear surface, ;
A pair of male rails extending upwardly and backwardly from the upper surface of the lower panel and a bottom surface of the cover bracket, and a pair of arm rails surrounding the male rails so as not to be detached;
And a ratchet mounted on the first hinge shaft and having a pawl that rotates only in one direction.
In addition, the first hinge shaft is rotated by a motor.
As described above, the present invention has the effect of providing more comfortable feeling by providing a folding-type footrest that allows the passengers to easily unfold and put their feet on the vehicle.
In addition, when the backrest sheet is laid down from the inside of a narrow vehicle, it is possible to secure a space in which the vehicle can be completely laid, thereby providing a comfortable sleeping or resting in the vehicle.
