Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folding seat, and more particularly to a folding seat that is attached to a floor having a step, such as a floor of a low floor bus, and can be folded and stored when not in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a route bus, passenger boarding / exiting is emphasized, and the floor height is set so that passengers can get on and off easily. In particular, recently, a low-floor bus with a reduced number of steps so that even elderly and physically handicapped people can easily get on and off, and an ultra-low-floor bus without steps to accommodate wheelchair users (non-step bus). It has been known.
[0003]
More specifically, since the frame of the vehicle body is held by the suspension, and a differential gear is disposed in the center of the left and right rear wheels, the height of the frame is generally the height of the suspension and the differential gear. It depends on. Of these two elements, a low-floor bus is one in which the height of the suspension is lowered to lower the floor height. In addition, the non-step bus is one that is further lowered by devising the structure around the front suspension.
[0004]
Even in the floors of these low-floor buses, there are portions that cannot be lowered so much due to the presence of the differential gear or other elements, and a step is generated at the boundary between these portions and the low-floor portion. The portion where the step is formed is various for each body maker or bus model. As an example, a step is formed in front of the rear wheel. On the other hand, a wheelchair is accommodated in a low floor portion, for example, a low floor portion near a step, and is fixed via a known fixing device such as a lock device or a seat belt.
[0005]
By the way, in such a low-floor bus, since there are many layout restrictions on the arrangement of seats, it is necessary to arrange the seats on the tire house or in the vicinity of the above-described steps to ensure the necessary number of seats. When seats are placed near the steps, if the seats are attached to the upper floor, the floor steps can function as seat legs, simplifying the seat structure and reducing weight. And cost reduction.
[0006]
However, for example, in a bus in which a step is formed in the vicinity of the rear wheel, the rear tire house is located behind the step portion, so that the seat portion can be used in combination with the rear tire house or a seat disposed on the rear tire house. There were many cases where the front face of could not be matched with the stepped part. That is, the front portion of the seat is often disposed in a state of protruding from the upper floor to the lower upper portion, and in this case, there is a possibility that the accommodation space for the wheelchair cannot be secured due to the protrusion of the seat. This inconvenience is the same not only when a step is formed in the vicinity of the rear wheel but also when a step is formed in another part.
[0007]
Therefore, the inventors of the present application have considered arranging a folding seat in the vicinity of the step and securing the wheelchair accommodation space by folding the seat when not in use. In addition, as a folding seat, there are a manual type in which an operation of folding and unfolding is performed manually, and an electric type in which an electric means is used.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the manual type has a relatively complicated and troublesome operation for folding and unfolding. In other words, when storing the seat, the members constituting the seat must be folded in the prescribed direction in order, and when using the seat, the members are folded in the order in which they are folded. It had to be spread in the reverse order. For this reason, for example, when a wheelchair user gets on a bus, there are cases where other passengers cannot easily fold their seats. In addition, as a manual folding seat, there is also a simple type that has a backrest fixed to the wall surface of the vehicle body or the back of another seat so that it can be stored just by flipping up the seat, Since the backrest portion is always in a vertical state with respect to the seat portion, the seating comfort is poor and the comfort is impaired.
[0009]
On the other hand, although the electric type can be folded and unfolded automatically, it has an electric drive means, so that the operation is limited to the driver or the like. For this reason, even if the user of the wheelchair got on, other passengers could not help. In addition, when using a seat that has been stored, it is necessary to ask a driver or the like, which is inconvenient and cannot be used effectively. In addition, since it has electric means such as a motor, the weight is increased and the manufacturing cost of the seat is greatly increased.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has an object to provide a folding seat that can be folded and unfolded by an extremely easy operation, can satisfy the sitting comfort, and can be manufactured at a low cost with a simple structure. is there.
[0011]
The folding seat according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a seat portion and a backrest portion, a seat-side mounting member and a back-side mounting member fixed to an installation target, and pivotally supported by the seat-side mounting member. A seat side support member that supports the seat portion so as to be rotatable between a use position that is in a horizontal state and a storage position that is in a vertical state with the vicinity of the rear end as an axis, and is pivotally supported by the back side attachment member, A back-side support member that supports the backrest portion so as to be able to rotate between a use position that is in a rearward inclined state and a storage position that is in a vertical state; and a seat-side support member that is formed on the seat-side support surface. A long hole-shaped guide portion extending in a substantially vertical direction, and a slide pin attached to the backrest portion, inserted through the guide portion, and slidable along an inner peripheral surface thereof, when the seat is rotated to the use position from the storage position, the guide portion is substantially variable in a vertical state from a substantially horizontal state And the sliding pin, by gradually displaced toward the horizontal direction while sliding along the inner peripheral surface of the guide portion, and a link mechanism for rotating the use position the backrest from the retracted position , One end is hooked to the rear of the seat side mounting member, and the other end is hooked to the tip of the sliding pin, and a spring for urging the backrest portion toward the storage position is provided.
[0012]
Here, the “installation object” includes a vehicle such as a bus, a floor such as a theater, a school building, or a ball game field, and particularly preferably has a step.
[0013]
Therefore, according to the folding seat of the first aspect of the invention, the seat is rotated between the use position in the horizontal state and the storage position in the vertical state with the vicinity of the rear end as an axis by the operation of the user. To do. Here, when the seat portion is rotated from the storage position to the use position, that is, when the seat portion is changed from the vertical state to the horizontal state, the movement of the seat side support member is transmitted to the backrest portion via the link mechanism. The portion changes from the storage position to the use position, that is, from the vertical state to the backward inclined state. That is, when using the seat, the backrest portion is naturally inclined by tilting the seat portion.
[0015]
Further, when the seat portion is rotated from the use position to the storage position, that is, when the seat portion is changed from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the backrest portion is biased by the elastic force of the spring and is rotated toward the storage position side. That is, when the seat portion is stored, the elastic force of the spring is applied, and the seat portion can be flipped up with a relatively light operating force.
[0017]
Further, when the seat portion is rotated from the accommodation position (vertical state) to the use position (horizontal state), the elongated hole-shaped guide portion formed in the seat side support member is moved from the substantially horizontal state around the rotation axis. It changes to a substantially vertical state. At this time, the sliding pin inserted into the guide portion is gradually displaced in the horizontal direction while sliding along the inner peripheral surface of the guide portion. In other words, by appropriately setting the length of the guide portion and the relative position of the guide portion with respect to the rotation axis, the rotation angle (eg, 10 degrees) of the backrest portion with respect to the rotation angle (eg, 90 degrees) of the seat portion can be arbitrarily set. It becomes possible to set.
[0018]
A folding seat according to a second aspect of the present invention is the folding seat according to the first aspect , wherein the folding seat is fixed to an installation object behind the backrest portion, and when the backrest portion is rotated to the storage position, a predetermined seat is provided. A holding member is further provided to hold the backrest portion in the stowed position until a tensile force greater than the strength is applied.
[0019]
Therefore, according to the folding seat of the invention of claim 2 , in addition to the operation of claim 1 , when the backrest portion is rotated to the storage position, the backrest portion is held in the storage position by the holding member and is in a stable state. Supported by Further, when the seat portion is tilted, if a tensile force of a predetermined strength or more is applied to the backrest portion, the holding state is released and the backrest portion rotates toward the use position.
[0020]
The folding seat according to a third aspect of the present invention is the folding seat according to the first or second aspect , wherein the installation object includes a floor of a low floor bus having a step, and the seat side mounting member is the The seat is fixed to the upper stage of the floor, and the seat projects from the upper stage of the floor to the lower stage when in the use position, and is stored on the upper stage when in the storage position.
[0021]
Therefore, according to the folding seat of the invention of claim 3 , in addition to the action of any one of the inventions of claim 1 or claim 2 , when used, the step of the floor functions as a leg of the seat. On the other hand, when stored, the seat does not protrude to the lower stage side, so that the usable range of the lower stage is expanded.
[0022]

Hereinafter, the folding seat 1 which is one Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. FIG. 1 is a side view (partially cut) showing a configuration of the folding seat 1, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a configuration of a mechanism portion in the folding seat 1, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are mechanism portions. 5 is a side view and a bottom view showing the configuration of the seat portion 2 in the folding seat 1, and FIG. 6 is a rear view and a side view showing the configuration of the backrest portion 3 in the folding seat 1. FIG. 7 is a plan view and a side view showing the configuration of the peripheral portion of the holding member 13 in the folding seat 1. 2 to 4 show a state in which the end portions of the seat portion 2 and the backrest portion 3 are cut for convenience of explanation.
[0023]
The folding seat 1 of this embodiment is provided with the seat part 2 for sitting down, and the backrest part 3 which functions as a backrest as shown in FIG. 1 thru | or 4, and the 1st floor surface which has a level | step difference mutually 4, It is attached to the floor 7 of the non-step bath in which the 2nd floor surface 5 and the 3rd floor surface 6 were formed. In this example, the first floor surface 4 is located in the front half of the bus and has the same height as a boarding gate (not shown) provided in the center of the bus. That is, the first floor surface 4 is a portion that can be boarded and moved while using a wheelchair. The second floor surface 5 and the third floor surface 6 are located, for example, on the front side of a rear tire house (not shown). That is, it is a portion that is restricted by the height of a differential (not shown) disposed in the center of the rear wheel and cannot be lowered. Here, the first floor surface 4 corresponds to the lower stage of the present invention, and the second floor surface 5 corresponds to the upper stage of the present invention.
[0024]
The folding seat 1 is attached via a mechanism so that the seat 2 and the backrest 3 can be folded and stored. Specifically, the folding seat 1 includes a seat side mounting member 8 fixed to the second floor surface 5, a back side mounting member 9 fixed to the third floor surface 6, and a rear end portion of the seat portion 2. A seat-side support member 10 attached, a back-side support member 11 attached to the back surface of the backrest portion 3, and a connecting member 12 attached to the lower portion of the backrest portion 3 and connected to the seat-side support member 10. It has. Here, the seat-side support member 10 is pivotally supported by the seat-side mounting member 8, and the back-side support member 11 is pivotally supported by the back-side mounting member 9. Further, a holding member 13 (see FIG. 2) for holding the backrest portion 3 in the storage position is fixed to the back side of the second floor surface 5. 1 to 4 show only the mechanism portion provided on one side (left side) of the folding seat 1, but in reality, the mechanism portion having the same configuration is symmetrical at both the left and right ends of the folding seat 1. Are arranged.
[0025]
The members on the mechanism portion will be described in detail. The seat-side mounting member 8 includes a mounting portion 15 having a substantially L-shaped planar shape and a hanging portion 16 bent upward from the outer side of the mounting portion 15. And is fixed to the second floor surface 5 by a screw that is screwed through an attachment hole (not shown) formed in the attachment portion 15. The hanging portion 16 has a shape having two peaks, a bearing portion 17 is provided on the front peak, and a spring receiving pin for hooking one end of a spring (coil spring) 18 on the rear peak. 19 protrudes inward.
[0026]
The back-side mounting member 9 includes flat plate-shaped mounting portions 21 and 21 provided on the left and right sides, and a protruding portion 22 having a substantially U-shaped cross section integrally formed so as to connect the mounting portions 21 and 21. ing. A long hole-shaped mounting hole 21a is formed in the mounting portion 21, and is fixed to the third floor surface 6 by a screw (not shown) that is screwed through the mounting hole 21a. Further, the tip of the projecting portion 22 protrudes from the tip of the third floor surface 6 above the second floor surface 5, and through holes 23 are formed in the left and right side walls.
[0027]
The seat side support member 10 is a member for rotatably supporting the seat portion 2 with respect to the seat side mounting member 8, and includes a support body 25 and a rotation shaft 26. The support body 25 includes a hanging portion 27 perpendicular to the seat surface 2a of the seat portion 2, an abutting portion 28 that abuts the bottom surface of the seat portion 2 and is attached by screws 24 (see FIG. 5), and a rear portion of the seat portion 2. And a closing portion 29 that covers the bottom surface of the end corner portion. Further, the rear half portion of the hanging portion 27 has a substantially elliptical shape extending in a direction perpendicular to the seating surface 2a of the seat portion 2, and a circular through hole 30 and a seat portion are provided in this portion. An arcuate guide portion 31 formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the two seating surfaces 2a is formed. The front half of the hanging portion 27 is fitted into a groove (not shown) formed on the bottom surface of the seat portion 2, and the latter half of the hanging portion 27 protrudes rearward from the rear end of the seat portion 2. Yes. On the other hand, the rotating shaft 26 is inserted into the bearing portion 17 of the seat side mounting member 8 through the through hole 30 drilled in the hanging portion 27, and the hanging portion 27 of the support body 25 and the seat side are inserted. The support body 25 is pivotally supported by the seat side mounting member 8 in a state where the distance from the hanging portion 16 of the mounting member 8 is kept constant. Thereby, the seat part 2 is supported so that rotation between the use position (refer FIG. 4) used as a horizontal state and the accommodation position (refer FIG. 3) used as a vertical state is possible.
[0028]
The back side support member 11 is a member for rotatably supporting the backrest portion 3 with respect to the back side mounting member 9, and includes a support main body 33 and a rotation shaft 34. The support main body 33 is in contact with the back surface of the backrest portion 3 and is attached by screws 32 (see FIG. 6), and bearing portions 36 and 36 bent rearward from both sides of the attachment portion 35. A through hole 38 is formed in each bearing portion 36. The mounting height of the support body 33 is an optimum height depending on the level difference between the first floor surface 4 and the second floor surface 5, the height of the backrest portion 3, the depth of the second floor surface 5, and the like. However, in this embodiment, it is set to about 1/2 of the height of the backrest 3. Further, between the bearing portions 36, 36, the tip end portion of the protruding portion 22 of the back side mounting member 9 described above is inserted and connected to each other by the rotation shaft 34. That is, the rotation shaft 34 is inserted through the through hole 38 of the bearing portion 36 and the through hole 23 of the projecting portion 22, and pivotally supports the support body 33 with respect to the back side mounting member 9. The rotating shaft 34 is secured by a retaining pin 39. With these configurations, the backrest 3 is supported so as to be rotatable between a use position (see FIG. 4) that is in a rearward inclined state and a storage position (see FIG. 3) that is in a vertical state.
[0029]
The connecting member 12 is disposed below the support body 33, and has a U-shaped mounting portion 40 attached to the lower portion of the backrest portion 3 by a screw 40 c (see FIG. 6), and an outer side of the mounting portion 40. It has a hanging part 41 that hangs down from the vertical piece 40a and has a lower part curved forward, and a sliding pin 42 that is fixed to the lower end of the hanging part 41 and protrudes outward. The sliding pin 42 is inserted into a guide portion 31 formed in the hanging portion 27 of the seat side support member 10, and the other end of the spring 18 is hooked on the tip portion. Thereby, when the seat portion 2 is displaced from the use position toward the storage position, the longitudinal direction of the guide portion 31 is located on the rear side of the slide pin 42, and the slide pin 42 is movable rearward. It becomes a state. For this reason, the sliding pin 42 moves backward by the elastic force of the spring 18. Further, when the seat portion 2 is displaced from the storage position toward the use position, since the longitudinal direction of the guide portion 31 is not located on the rear side of the slide pin 42, the slide pin 42 can move rearward. It cannot move and moves against the elastic force of the spring 18 so as to correspond to the movement of the guide portion 31. Here, a combination of the connecting member 12 having the sliding pin 42 and the hanging portion 27 having the guide portion 31 corresponds to the link mechanism of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, a rectangular notch 3 a that is open at the lower end and penetrates in the front-rear direction is provided at a lower end of the backrest portion 3 and located outside the hanging portion 41. . This notch 3a is a gap formed so that the above-described hanging portion 27 of the seat-side support member 10 does not contact the backrest portion 3, and when the seat portion 2 is displaced to the use position, The latter half portion (projected portion) is inserted into the notch 3a.
[0030]
A round pipe 43 is attached to the vertical piece 40 b inside the attachment portion 40. The round pipe 43 is for locking the backrest portion 3 to the holding member 13, and is attached in a state of protruding from the lower end of the backrest portion 3. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the holding member 13 includes a flat mounting portion 45, a hanging portion 46 bent in a vertical direction from a front side of the mounting portion 45, and the hanging portion 46. And an elastically deformable holding portion 47 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. A long hole-shaped mounting hole 45a is formed in the mounting portion 45, and is fixed to the back side of the second floor surface 5 by a screw 48 screwed through the mounting hole 45a. According to this, when the backrest 3 is rotated to the storage position, the round pipe 43 is inserted into the clamping part 47 against the spring force of the clamping part 47. Once inserted, since it is held by the spring force of the clamping part 47, it is supported in a stable state until a tensile force of a predetermined strength or more is applied.
[0031]
Next, the operation method of the folding seat 1 of this embodiment is demonstrated. When the seat 1 is used, the seat 2 is moved from the stowed position (shown in FIG. 3) to the horizontal state with the rotating shaft 26 provided near the rear end of the seat 2 as a center. It is rotated to the use position (state shown in FIG. 4). In this case, since the weight of the seat portion 2 is added, the seat portion 2 can be rotated with a relatively light operation force. At this time, the movement of the seat-side support member 10 is transmitted to the backrest portion 3 via the sliding pin 42 inserted into the guide portion 31 of the seat-side support member 10. From the storage position to the use position, that is, from the vertical state to the backward inclined state. That is, when the seat portion 2 is tilted forward, the backrest portion 3 naturally tilts backward and becomes usable. In this state, only the rear end portion of the seat portion 2 is placed on the second floor surface 5, and most of the seat portion 2 largely protrudes forward from the second floor surface 5. And since the level | step difference of the 1st floor surface 4 and the 2nd floor surface 5 functions as a leg part of the folding seat 1, the user can bend a leg | foot and can sit down. In particular, by using the backrest portion 3 inclined rearward as a backrest, it is possible to sit in an easy posture.
[0032]
On the other hand, when the user of the wheelchair gets on the first floor surface 4 when he / she wants to get on, the seat 2 is flipped up from the horizontal state to the vertical state. At this time, since the backrest 3 is biased toward the storage position by the elastic force of the spring 18, the seat 2 can be flipped up with a relatively light operating force. Then, by raising the seat portion 2, the backrest portion 3 naturally returns to the vertical state and is stored on the upper surface of the second floor surface 5 in a state of being superimposed on the seat portion 2 (two-dot chain line in FIG. 1). To show). In this state, since the seat portion 2 does not protrude forward from the second floor surface 5, the first floor surface 4 can be used effectively.
[0033]
As described above, in the folding seat 1 described above, the backrest 3 can be changed from the vertical state to the rearward inclined state simply by tilting the seat 2 from the vertical state to the horizontal state. For this reason, the state of the seat 1 can be changed by an extremely simple operation, and the sitting comfort can be enhanced by the inclination of the backrest portion 3. In addition, since it is configured with a simple structure without electric means or the like, it can be manufactured at a low cost and can be reduced in weight.
[0034]
Moreover, in said folding seat 1, the backrest part 3 can be changed from a back inclination state to a vertical state only by jumping up the seat part 2 from a horizontal state to a vertical state. In particular, since the elastic force of the spring 18 is applied, the seat portion 2 can be flipped up with a relatively light operating force.
[0035]
In the folding seat 1 described above, the backrest portion 3 can be rotated by a desired angle by being connected via the guide portion 31 and the sliding pin 42. For this reason, it becomes possible to set the inclination of the backrest part 3 in a use position to an optimal angle, and a passenger's comfort can be improved reliably.
[0036]
In the folding seat 1, the backrest 3 is held in the storage position by the holding member 13 and is stored in a stable state. Therefore, the backrest 3 is vibrated while the bus is running, or the backrest 3 It is possible to prevent abnormal noise from being generated.
[0037]
Furthermore, in the folding seat 1 described above, since the step between the first floor surface 4 and the second floor surface 5 functions as a leg of the seat 1, the structure of the seat 1 can be further simplified. Moreover, since the seat part 2 does not protrude from the 2nd floor surface 5 when accommodated, the usable range of the 1st floor surface 4 spreads and the accommodation space of a wheelchair can be ensured.
[0038]
Further, by fixing the back side mounting member 9 to the third floor surface 6 that is one step higher than the second floor surface 5, even if the back side mounting member 9 having a relatively short length is used, Since the portion can be supported, the folding seat 1 can be reduced in size.
[0039]
The present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention as described below. And design changes are possible.
[0040]
That is, in the folding seat 1 of the above-described embodiment, the seat portion 2 is rotatably supported by inserting the rotation shaft 26. However, the seat portion 2 is rotatably supported using a hinge or the like. May be. Further, the rotation shaft may be integrally formed with either the seat-side mounting member 8 or the seat-side support member 10.
[0041]
Moreover, you may make it form a handle and a hollow as a means for hooking a finger | toe on the bottom face of the seat part 2, especially the bottom face of the front end side. If it does in this way, it will come to be able to perform more easily the operation of tilting and raising the seat part 2.
[0042]
In the folding seat 1 of the said embodiment, although what used the elastic force of a spring was shown as a holding member, while providing a magnet in one of the setting target object or the backrest part 3, and forming the other with a magnetic body, You may make it hold | maintain using.
[0043]
Furthermore, although the case where the folding seat 1 is installed on the floor of the non-step bus is shown in the above embodiment, it is installed on the floor of a vehicle other than the non-step bus or the floor of a building such as a theater, school building, or ball game field. May be.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the folding seat according to the first aspect of the present invention can change the backrest portion from the vertical state to the rearward inclined state only by tilting the seat portion from the vertical state to the horizontal state. For this reason, the state of the seat can be changed by an extremely simple operation, and the sitting comfort can be enhanced by the inclination of the backrest portion. In addition, since it has a simple structure, it can be manufactured at a low cost and can be reduced in weight.
[0045]
In addition , the backrest portion can be changed from the backward inclined state to the vertical state by simply jumping up the seat portion from the horizontal state to the vertical state. In particular, since the seat can be flipped up with a relatively light operating force, the seat can be stored very easily.
[0046]
Furthermore, by connecting through the guide part and the sliding pin, the backrest part can be rotated by a desired angle with respect to the rotation of the seat part. For this reason, a backrest part can be inclined to the optimal angle and the comfort of the seated person can be improved reliably.
[0047]
In addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1 , the folding seat of the invention of claim 2 is housed in a stable state, so that even if it is installed on a vehicle, for example, vibration and noise Occurrence can be prevented.
[0048]
In the folding seat of the invention of claim 3 , in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1 or claim 2 , the step of the floor functions as a leg of the seat, so that the structure of the seat is further simplified. In addition, since the seat portion does not protrude from the upper stage when stored, the usable range of the lower stage is widened, and it becomes easy to secure the accommodation space for the wheelchair.
