사각형상을 이루는 방석본체(10)와, 상기 방석본체(10)의 일측에 접힘 가능하게 연결되어져 있는 등받이부(20)와, 상기 등받이부(20)의 지지를 위해 양측에서 방석본체(10)와 연결되어져 있는 지지끈(30)과, 상기 방석본체(10) 및 등받이부(20)의 양측에 구성된 보강프레임(11,21)로 구성되는 등받이 방석에 있어서,
상기 등받이부(20)에는 머리받침구(50)의 착탈이 가능하도록 착탈홈(22)이 형성되고;
상기 등받이부(20)에 구성된 보강프레임(21)에는 머리받침구(50)의 양측 다리부(51)가 결합되어질 수 있도록 받침구 결합공(21a)이 형성되며;
상기 받침구 결합공(21a)은 내부에 나사홈이 형성되어져 있으며, 상기 나사홈과 대응되는 머리받침구(50)의 양측 다리부(51)에는 상호 나사체결을 통해 높이 조절이 가능하도록 조절스크류(52)가 회동 가능하게 연결 구성되고;
