【課題】ヘッドレストが附いていないオフィスチェアやソファー、またはデッキチェア等の背もたれ部の上部に、簡単に装着固定可能な機能を備えた持ち運び出来るポータブル単体ヘッドレストを提供する。【解決手段】ヘッドレストは、ヘッドレスト本体１と、本体の下部に設けた支柱取り付け金具部２と、支柱取り付け金具部に接続している背もたれ部ホールド支柱３と、支柱と一体構造の支柱締め付け調整ガイド４と、で構成され、ヘッドレストが附いていない椅子やソファー本体の背もたれ部５の上部に背もたれ部ホールド支柱を介してヘッドレストを取り付けることにより、ヘッドレストの備えがない椅子やソファーの快適性を改善する。【選択図】図１PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable single headrest having a function capable of being easily mounted and fixed on an upper portion of a backrest such as an office chair or a sofa without a headrest, or a deck chair. 先ず、ヘッドレスト本体の構造については、支柱に掛かる負荷を最小限に留めるために軽量化を図り、エアマット式が最適と考えられる。此れは持ち運びにも便利であり低コストにもつながる。
支柱の形状は平板でも筒状でも問わないが多少の弾性が求められるので、材質はプラスチックやアルミ系が想定される。また、組立式を考慮すれば当然ながら長さを調節出来るジョイント機構を備えればより良い姿となろう。
ともあれ、重さ約５ｋｇの頭部を支えている首の疲労度を軽減する効果を高めることを目的とする本考案の趣旨に沿った性能を構築しなければならない。
本考案の最も重要な仕組みのポイントは、ヘッドレスト本体を椅子や長椅子の背もたれ部に、如何にして安定した状態で固定することが出来るかという命題を解決しなければならない。
その解決策の一つをあげれば、ヘッドレスト本体の支柱部を左右二股形状として更に両方の脚部の低下部を開閉自在ばね構造にすることで安定した装着が可能となるはずである。
