Abstract
The present invention relates to a cord used in earphones, and more particularly, to a cord in which a connection board for connecting a plurality of copper wires (wires) is integrally formed at an end of the cord. The present invention includes a stopper formed by injection molding of a plastic material so as to fix a plurality of copper wires which are exposed at the ends of the protective shell and are arranged in left and right rows; And a connection board embedded in the stopper and fixed and installed to expose a predetermined length toward the front of the stopper.
Description
The present invention relates to a cord used in earphones, and more particularly, to a cord in which a connection board for connecting a plurality of copper wires (wires) is integrally formed at an end of the cord.
In general, a cord refers to a flexible wire that is insulated so as to be used in earphones or the like to transmit a signal between a portable audio device and a speaker unit.
The cord for the earphone is made of a plurality of copper wires arranged inside the protective outer cover made of PVC or urethane.
Copper wires wired inside the shell are usually made of copper, but are called enameled wires with enamel coating. Usually, cords are divided into four cores, eight cores, and 14 cores, depending on the number of copper wires.
In addition, the inner sheath of the cord may further include a tensile line called a piano wire to increase the tensile force of the cord in addition to the copper wire.
As is well known, an earphone is a small speaker used in a portable audio device, and the earphone consists of a cord for connecting a speaker unit and a speaker unit to be plugged into and used by the user's ear. One end of the cord is equipped with a connection jack for connecting to a portable audio device, and the other end has two speaker units.
Accordingly, the earphone cord is divided into a single wire cord and a double wire cord. That is, a cord connected to each of the two speaker units is called a disconnection cord, and a cord connected to the two disconnection cords on one side and a connection jack on the other side is called a double cord.
On the other hand, in recent years, a remote controller device equipped with a switch for operating a microphone or a portable audio device is installed at an intermediate portion of an earphone cord, typically, a disconnection cord and a double cord.
The remote controller device includes a circuit board on which various electronic components including a text switch and the like are formed and an inner space for accommodating the circuit board, and a case for fixing the cord so that the cord is not easily separated. .
In general, the case is divided into an upper case and a lower case, and semicircular through-holes through which a cord penetrates are formed at both ends. The upper case is formed such that the switch button and the like are exposed.
Therefore, when the remote control is installed in the middle of the cord, first, the protective shell at the end of the cord is peeled off a predetermined length to expose a plurality of copper wires to the outside. Then, unwind the twisted copper wire and straighten it again to peel off the endothelial at the end of the copper wire for a certain length, and then expose the exposed copper wire to the connection terminal formed on the circuit board and solder it.
Then, the installation of the remote controller is completed by combining the upper case and the lower case to press the cord through the through hole so that the cord does not fall out.
On the other hand, if the cord is pulled incorrectly while using the earphone, a problem arises in that the amount of connection is generated by disconnecting the copper wire connected to the circuit board of the remote controller. In order to prevent such a problem, the technique of providing the stopper which has a predetermined | prescribed size and formation in the edge part of the said cord | tip is known in recent years.
The stopper is integrally fixed to the protective sheath of the cord and has a size that cannot pass through the through hole of the case. Therefore, if the upper case and the lower case are combined while the stopper is positioned inside the case or fixed with a fixing pin, the cord does not move out of the case even if the cord is strongly pulled out because the stopper cannot pass through the through hole. Can be prevented.

In addition, since the
Therefore, the operation of connecting the conventional code to a remote controller, etc. takes a lot of time and there is a problem that a defect occurs that the copper wire is cut or the connection of the copper wire is disconnected when used for a long time.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, the main object of the present invention is to use a stopper provided at the end of the cord to align a plurality of copper wires in a row and at the same time connecting the printed circuit board to the end of the stopper When the cord is connected to a remote controller, the field operator solves the inconvenience of unscrewing a plurality of twisted copper wires and arranging them in a line, then finding the copper wires corresponding to the connection terminals and soldering them to the connection terminals. At the same time, by connecting a copper wire of a cord with a circuit board using a connecting printed circuit board, there is provided a cord in which a printed circuit board is integrally formed which can prevent the copper wire or the contact from being separated.
As a means for achieving the above object, the cord is formed integrally with the printed circuit board according to the present invention,
A cord comprising a protective sheath and a plurality of copper wires surrounded by and coated with the protective sheath,
A stopper formed by injection molding of a plastic material to fix a plurality of copper wires exposed to the ends of the protective shell and arranged in a left and right row;
And a connection board embedded in the stopper and fixed and installed to expose a predetermined length toward the front of the stopper.
Connection terminals embedded in the stopper are formed on the side of the stopper, and connection terminals are connected to the copper wires arranged in a line, and a plurality of fixing pins are connected to a predetermined circuit board on the exposed side of the stopper. Is formed, and a circuit pattern for connecting the corresponding connection terminal and the fixing pin is formed between the connection terminal and the fixing pin.
According to the present invention, not only the plurality of copper wires are aligned in left and right lines by a stopper formed integrally at the end of the cord, but also the copper wires aligned left and right before connecting the cord to the remote controller are connected to the connection terminal of the printed circuit board. Since the pre-processing process is performed, there is no need to remove the twisted copper wire or solder it to the connection terminal, which reduces the assembly time and greatly prevents the occurrence of defects. By connecting the stopper and the circuit board by using a circuit board, even if the cord is repeatedly moved up and down, there is an effect of preventing the occurrence of product defects by preventing the disconnection in the copper wire or connecting portion.

As described above, the present invention forms a stopper at an end of the cord by using a predetermined mold, and integrally fixes a connecting board to which a plurality of copper wires branching from the tip of the cord are connected to the inside of the stopper. By connecting to facilitate the assembly work and to prevent the occurrence of fixing.
